Great Customer Service!

Was having some issues with the bottles I use for my 9mo leaking, reached out to tommee tippee for help and spoke with Nicholas and Lanre who were both lovely and they offered to replace all of the bottles I was having issues with and had an order put through for it almost instantly. Great customer service. 😊

Great Customer Service

I wrote to customer service as I was seeking information regarding flange inserts for my Tommee Tippee electric breast pump. They immediately sorted out two different sized inserts to be sent out free of charge for me to use. So thankful for such an efficient and easy experience with Tommee Tippee.

The customer service was great, the responses were prompt and my issue was resolved.
Would of been 10/10 if it was the same person who was responding to my emails so I didn’t have to explain my situation multiple times

Amazing customer service- replacement flange

I needed replacement flanges for my manual pump (totally my fault, for ordering the wrong size) and Izzy pointed me in the right direction to get the measurements right and ordered one for me

Finally a TRUE extra slow flow test that works!

After trying multiple bottle teats and struggling with flows that were still too fast, the Tommee Tippee Extra Slow Flow teats have been an absolute game changer for us.

We previously used Tommee Tippee slow flow, which turned out to be far too fast, and even the Pigeon slow flow was still quicker than ideal. Our baby was gulping through feeds, becoming overwhelmed, and struggling to pace herself comfortably. Since switching to the Extra Slow Flow, the difference has been immediate and noticeable.

The flow is genuinely slow — not just “slow” in name. It allows proper suck–swallow–breathe coordination, significantly reduces gulping, and helps keep baby calmer and more settled throughout feeds. Feeds feel more controlled and relaxed, with less stress for both baby and parent.

If you have a baby who struggles with faster teats, gulps milk, or needs extra help pacing their feeds, I genuinely can’t recommend these enough. They’ve made feeding feel safe, comfortable, and natural again.

Products are good but would buy from other shops in the future

The new bottle teats we got are fine but I was frustrated that they have a limit of 4 per order. This meant I had to do 2 orders and pay for shipping twice. I wouldn't buy direct from Tommee Tippy again, but I still like their products and my baby is happy with the bottles, I will still get their products from other sellers like Kmart or Baby Bunting.

They work incredibly

My daughter guzzled down her bottles like she was never fed until we got these teats and they truly work, they slowed her down significantly and she isn’t as irritated and hasn’t thrown up since. Honestly worth it and highly recommend

Easy process

Losing one piece of electric breast pump can be daunting as you would think you need to buy a whole new set. But, Tommy Tippee got you covered for replacing any missed pieces to your doorstep. It was such a hassle free procedure and now I can finally pump for my newborn!
