I bought this project from baby bunting, Australia. waste of money. I wish I could resarch a bit more before purcahse this product. I bought with a bundle pack with few baby bottles warmer. The steriolizer : I don't like the design at all. bottles: my baby can not feed with this. overflows. warmer: it does it's job but does not have any auto matic off feature. for say as a user, i will defenetely forget to turn that off. there are no lights that indicated it's on or off, no switch etc. overall frustrating. All of their products are not researched based. they looks premium but ux is very poor. I wish I can refund. totally waste of money.

Although this is a steam steriliser, the item is not advanced as it should be. The heating plate does not reliably work, and sometimes does not heat at all, after about a week the item does not perform, I ordered three in case I had faulty items, although all three were the same. It also leaves the items inside wet and never dries anything- very unhygienic.

I am very disappointed with this steriliser. The heating plate has turned brown and the teats are also changing colour. I feel it is a waste of money and not worth buying.

I wouldn't buy again as it has been a waste of money due to going like this in the base even when it gets dried out when not in use. Has now made bottle teats & things turn brown so is a waste of money as can no longer use & have to buy a new steriliser

Leaves bottles wet and they take ages to dry afterwards. I also found mould after not using the steriliser for one week due to being in hospital with my son, even tho I wiped out the bottom after last use. Had only used it 3 times. Does the same thing as boiling a pot of water over the stove so I will be doing that from now on. Very disappointed I spent the money on this.

Items are left wet after sterilising and the machine stays wet and accumulates lime scale after the first use. Make sure to keep it dry and wipe it down every time

Everything ends up being probably sterile but wet. Go look for something that also dries the contents after.

First time mum and was excited to use this steriliser within a few uses the hot plate had burnt and gave a burning smell throughout my house. This also leaves all sterilised products wet after sterilisation process. Safe to say I was very disappointed in this product and wouldn’t recommend.

The steriliser is great... when it works. Easy to use, however it stopped working after only using it for 6 weeks. Also tried to contact customer support as it was purchased through the website and got no response.

Steam steriliser is so great, our tray insert was faulty and a brand new one was sent with prompt delivery and perfect customer service. Very happy with the product, easy to use and clean!

Unfortunately it broke within 2 weeks of using, hot plate won’t heat up anymore. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.
