Great products, grate assistance!

Customer care was great, I had some issues with two bottles I ordered form Amazon and after listening to my problem the assistant sent me two new bottles for free. Thanks Tommee Tippee!!

I highly recommend !

I'm about to become a mom and I've been doing research for the best products. After ordering I realised that most of them were from Tommee Tippee. Excellent customer service

Poor and dysfunctional customer service

I really enjoy the products, yet I have to give a lower note considering the poor customer service with my recent purchase. Not only do you have to do the research for them, you aren't informed about what's going on and have a new contact for every email sent. The customer service really gets me thinking about ordering with them again as it's such an ordeal.
