So disappointed in this machine and for the price. I had the original with my first born and recommended it to everybody! I absolutely loved it and couldn’t live without it however I purchased the new model for my second born and it is terrible. Takes so long to pour out the water, always lags, I have to re touch the touch button as it just sticks on loading. So so slow, the original was faster
We have purchase this machine a few weeks ago in time for our second born because we have used the first edition and it was a lifesaver. However, this machine is a nightmare to use. Th set up is hard with constant cleaning and water draining, it has now also started to tell us that the water is “too hot” although we have used cold Zip-tab water. It’s really fun in the middle of the night with a 3 weeks old screaming! We have now also discovered that it randomly makes 140ml bottles which isn’t even an option so it’s making diluted formula. I will be returning this to Baby Buntings in Melbourne ASAP to get a replacement as I am not breastfeeding.
Very disappointed didn’t even work sensor won’t go off thinks it’s overheating I haven’t even been able to use it once. Did ever step 4 times over still not working just left me stressed and anxious
Do not purchase this product. I recently bought this Tommee Tippee bottle preparation machine and, unfortunately, it does not work as expected. The device repeatedly indicates that the water is too hot, even when using cold water from the fridge, adding ice, or placing it away from direct sunlight. As a result, it is impossible to prepare a bottle properly, leaving both the baby distressed and the caregiver frustrated. Considering the price, this machine is extremely disappointing and unreliable, failing in most attempts.

Do not buy!! I purchased this as an upgrade from my other tommee bottle prep which I could not fault. BUT this machine will constantly tell you it’s too hot even after putting ice cubes and cold fridge water, moving it around your kitchen a bunch to get it out of direct sun. you can not make a bottle so you are stuck with a screaming hungry baby and fully of frustration for a decently expensive bottle machine that doesn’t work at least 80% of the time!
Don’t buy this machine. Waste of money especially when my baby didn’t drink any of the bottles made from this machine. Had to go back to boiling water in a kettle anyway
