Wasted money, it's 27mm so if you have bigger sized nip this will work if you have smaller (like me) this will definitely not work. It's really disappointing I really wanted to like this and since I can't return it I guess it's just gonna sit and I'll cry since it's really important for me to have a hand pump and I have no help getting items for my baby.. you guys should've advertised the actual size. Shame on you. Or at least make more sizes and send them with the product. SMH.

I don't understand. This pump has no suction. I've tried a handful of manual pumps and this one seems like it's good quality and comfortable, but it only has one mode which doesn't get much milk out. Most hand pumps have 2 levels: a stimulation mode to get things flowing and an expression mode to continue collecting milk with more suction. As far as I can tell this doesn't have a way to switch out of a very low suction let down mode. I'm super disappointed and confused how anyone is able to express milk with this hand pump.

I don't love it but I don't hate it. It doesn't give me anywhere near as much of an output as my Medela hand pump but in a quick pinch, it helps slightly. I wouldn't recommend it to someone with a low supply. We're all for Tommee Tippee in this household so I was honestly kinda disappointed in this one

I am so disappointed in this pump! I love the Tommee tippee brand and use pacifiers and bottles and have for all my kids so I was so excited to use this pump! I was so sad that this pump has no suction even when assembled correctly! Such a disappointment because other than the pump I love Tommee tippee!

I’m really disappointed. After this brand I was expecting way more. Very poor suction, I can’t collect much milk with this pump, when I’m done pumping I’m able to express milk manually while nothing was coming with pump. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I am so sad to write this, as I really like the Tommee tippee bottles, but I purchased this hand pump on Amazon and it does not work. There is no suction at all. Even after reassembling multiple times, there isn’t enough suction to trigger a let down. For obvious reasons, there are no returns through Amazon, and I don’t want a replacement from Tommee Tippee (I don’t see how having a second one that doesn’t work would help), so I ended up purchasing the madela hand pump to replace this one, and it works much better. Disappointing, but I wanted to put this out there, so that others don’t end up wasting their $ like I did. @Tommee Tippee, yes, I did also share this with your customer support, so no need to mention it in your reply.

Does give much suction. Pump for 30 minutes and get way less than another manual pump did. Had high hopes for this one as my older pump broke. But was let down.
