Cup worked great the first two times my son used it then the straw didn’t work anymore. I noticed there are other reviews with the same issue. I bought this cup to transition out of a bottle but ended up having to use his bottle again since the cup no longer works. I took the whole lid/straw apart and reassembled 5 times with no luck. Unfortunately I’ll need to return it as it seems to be a reoccurring issue.
The straw keeps popping off. Bought five. All assembled correctly and cleaned correctly. The straw pops off every time my son is drinking from it!! The customer service wouldnt even chat with us
We absolutely love these cups. Daughter learned how to drink from them right away. They are really leak proof (even with throwing them across the room, dropping from the crib, leaving upside-down, etc.) Assembling might be tricky at first, but once I figured it out, it's a breeze. And unlike some other cups, this one really can be thoroughly washed. (I'm using a small straw brush from different brand though). I wish I could find a cup with regular straw with the same spill-proof level for when the baby grows up a little.
I just bought the cup 2 days ago March 9th. My daughter dropped it today from her high chair and it shattered. My cell phone can sustain a harder fall than that. What type of toddler cup can't pass a simple drop from a toddler? She was drinking a cold beverage. I loved the cup until now. What is in your plastic that makes it shatter like it's glass? This doesn't sit well with me at all. 2 days!!
Upset about this...it worked out for us for a few months but my daughter just dropped it and the white cap that seals it broke. She's only dropped it maybe 10 times in the past 5 months. Now I can't leave it in our diaper bag...I wish it was more durable!! Do they sell replacement parts??
My son enjoyed it the first time, he was able to drink from it. It was only good for the first use, after disassembling all the parts to clean, when I put back together he could suck anything up. I tried multiple times to make it work but still the same outcome. I have read how to assemble the parts together, still had the same situation with anything not coming out.
The cup came with a blue straw, is that correct?
The bottom part of the straw does not stay connected to the top of the straw under the lid. Worked fine until taken apart to clean. I have three of these cups that all have the same issue. Very disappointing.
These worked one time … the second time they just stopped sucking up any liquid. My husband and I both tried as well and pretty much nothing. If we sucked reallyyyy hard we could get a tiny bit of milk but 95% air. Very frustrating as we are trying to wean my one year old off a bottle and he’s certainly not inclined to switch after having to work so hard for nothing. We washed the straws and cleaned them and water clearly flows through them. Not sure what else to do. We will try to return or they are going in the trash. Am I missing something??
These were great, until they weren’t….. I ended up buying six of them and they lasted for about five or so months. My child loved them but after a while, the straw piece would never stay intact. It would always slide down and come off even after a fresh wash. We’re not able to use the straw piece at all anymore and looking to find a different brand for my child.
We love love love this cup!!! My daughter would not use any cup and I was trying everything! I picked this cup up and within a couple sips she got the hang of it! This cup saved me!!!
If you’re going to buy this cup, don’t use the brush that it comes with. Or don’t buy at all. It spills either way. I used the brush and it got stuck and it ripped the bottom of the straw piece. Didn’t even get to use it once after the first wash. Also, the weight at the bottom makes it difficult to move in “any position” unless you shake it but a baby wouldn’t know that. It is poorly made. I liked the color and design but it’s no good. Waste of money.
I was very excited for these because my baby loved the tommee tippee bottles. But these always spill. The liquid comes up the straw like if it’s pressurized. I’ll kisses the lid and let the pressure out but it still over flows. There’s always a pool of liquid around the bottle even if it’s just sitting. Also it’s not easy with any angle, the star shaped bottom of the straw gets stuck and I have to shake it because then my baby is just sucking in air and mad that the drink isn’t coming out. Sometimes it works great but most of the time it’s just always spilling and getting everywhere especially when it’s shaken
We love this cup, however, replacement parts are not available - or I can’t find any. The silicone straw gets very discolored after a few uses and we have had a lot of issues with the cap coming off easily with our 9 month old. I wish sometimes that product developers would think through some of the issues like a mom does ha! Overall, we love this cup… just disappointed there arent replacement parts.
My daughter loves this cup!! I love it as well because it doesn't spill at all!! This is the only brand of cups we use!
My kids love this cup. It does have several pieces to assemble after cleaning, but I am yet to encounter issues with cleaning, assembly, or daily use.
This cup was recommended, but once I took it apart, washed it, and put it back together, it did not work. I purchased 4 cups and once they were taken apart and put together they did not work.
DO NOT BUY! This product is not for a mother who is on the go who needs simplicity. It has about 5 different parts in the lid itself and in order to clean everything you have to take all 5 parts apart. And then to put back together it is a PUZZLE! DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND 5 MINUTES ASSEMBLING THIS CUP WITH A BABY ON THE MOVE. The baby also has to suck so hard to get the water out! So dumb. Other products from this brand have been good, we have all the binkies and they’re great.
