The tommee tippee double breast pumps have great suction and seem to be very good quality however the horn that comes with it is to large and I can’t seem to find replacement sizes anywhere. Does anyone know where o can get these ?

I think this has the potential to be a really good product but unfortunately the horn is too big for me and I can't find how to get any other sizes. The one I have is approx. 27mm and my lactation consultant advised me that I would need to try size 18mm / 20mm. I did try contacting customer service via live chat during operating hours but unfortunately the wait for a reply was too long for me and I had to get on with my day.
Horn size too big and cannot find flange inserts for this breast pump
The pump is not working properly. We put it on for 15 minutes and only got 5ml of milk in a bottle, and if we press the breast with hand its having a milk.
I have to say I am surprised by the amazing reviews. I have used Medala pumps throughout and ended up buying this since this was the only one in store. It is such a badly designed pump. Everything is poorly designed. The bottle where the milk collects is such a poor design you have milk stuck all over the bottle which gets wasted every time. Each side of this pump has about 7 parts - the Medela equivalent (which is cheaper btw) has 4. More parts to clean and more parts where milk is stuck and wasted. The last straw for me was the fact they don’t sell all the spare parts of this pump. Almost all the parts are made of pretty flimsy cheap plastic which cracks so since it is impossible to replace these parts you have about £150 down the drain. I thought its quite unethical they sell a pump they don’t sell all the required spare parts for. When I spoke to them about it they promised to look into it and take it up, email me an update and so on. Needless to say, I have heard absolutely nothing back so now have had to shell out another £100 or so to buy the Medela pump.
Do not recommend this product whether you’re a first time mum or not. Doesn’t come with various flanges it so destroys your nipple and breast. Not obvious that it doesn’t come with them or that you need them as you’d think given how important the correct individual fit is that you’d expect them to come with attachments. suction to breast is poor and so often you get milk leaking which is such a waste, you don’t get maximum milk output due to poor suction and soreness so wasting milk due to the suction is very frustrating. 2-3 pumps max before it needs charging which isn’t a major issue but given how often women are meant to express it can be challenging to keep ontop of the battery This pump is enough to make anyone give up their breast feeding journey. I’m battling on and trying to find an alternative pump, I will not let a poor product destroy the bonding between me and my baby, but I can certainly see why it affects others. I dread pumping due to the pain and discomfort it causes all round, and with that expressing up to 10 times a day, just pure misery in what is meant to be a joyous time with myself and my newborn
Please does the pump fit any other brand of bottles besides tommee tippee?
★★ (2/5 stars) After investing in the Tommie Tippee breast pump with high hopes, I've been left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite trying multiple flange sizes to find the right fit, I continue to experience significant discomfort during pumping sessions. This has made what should be a routine part of my day into a stressful experience I now dread. The pump has not been effective at helping me maintain or increase my milk supply. This is particularly concerning as a proper pump should help stimulate production. The customer service team suggests trying different flange sizes, but this hasn't resolved the core issues. For the price point, I expected better performance and comfort. I would recommend new mothers explore other options in the market. I regret I should have invested in wearable pumps or bought your wearable one rather than this Not Recommended For: - Mothers seeking to increase milk supply - Those who need to pump regularly
I regret buying this breast pump. Whilst the interface is good and easy to use, the pump horns are badly designed resulting in milk leaking from the bottom of them and onto my clothes instead of into the bottle. It meant a lot of precious milk was lost and therefore quite demoralising to use! Customer services were somewhat useful but I had to buy my own horn size adapters but this still didn’t solve the issue. It also made me sore. As it was expensive, I can’t justify buying a different pump so I have unfortunately given up expressing all together.
I’ve been using the pump for a couple months now! The charge lasts well, easy to clean , and is definitely light and portable! However the flanges are to large and I can’t find anywhere to buy flanges that will fit my pump and nipple which makes the pump less effective. I have to work really hard to get the pump to remove milk effectively because of the flange not fitting right sadly. Really takes away from the good of the product :(

Happy with the overall product however the flange size is quite large and there are no flange inserts available anywhere to purchase...feel like this has really had an affect on the milk output for me
I bought this pump hoping to make my breast feeding journey easier but i find my experience has been a difficult one. The pump is small and compact but a bit louder than i expected but its a small detail I can overlook. The problem is the horns, the milk spills outside of the horn making it less likely to capture all your precious milk. It's suitable for women with small nipples but i could literally wait until i'm full and drip it in myself for accuracy. I've not pumped in a month and i switched to combination feeding but I look at my pump daily in disbelief because I could have invested in a wearable pump so I wouldn't need a specific bra to pump and be handsfree and then you spend all that money and there's no carry case. My child was admitted to hospital and they use another brand which was simpler to use but they only had 1v pump between 3 wards and mine was very bulky to transport. My last hope is to try the bigger horns but looking at the images they don't look suitable with my pump
Effective and worth every penny.
The self timer works wonders and the automation bit is great
The flange size is so massive and you cant even get smaller ones or inserts. Every other brands offer this option. I would not recommend this product given the money you are paying for it.
Currently unusable as the flange is definitely not made for me. Far too large so too much boob is sucked in ans milk just collects in the flange rather than getting drawn into the pump. Unable to get replacement or inserts that'll fit from anywhere due to its abnormal size. Tried asking for support but no response.
Not sure if I have been sent a faulty pump. I have the single breast pump and really liked it, wanting to save time I bought the double pump. There seems to be a lot less suction in one pump. As a result it has actually took longer than my single pump and produced less milk. I use my single pump 5 times a day so feel I am an experienced user and know how to put the pump together. Very disappointed in product so far. Will contact Tommie Tippie. Would not recommend based on experience so far.
Amazing pump. Easy to install and use. Works well with no pain. I would highly recommend it to you all. Keeps my baby and me happy
Breast pump consists of various pieces and well packaged inside the box. It is very comfortable and practical to use without feel any pain. The breast pump has different expression and speed settings. It's just because collecting milk and pumping strongly to get more out. LED display screen tells battery life, Duration and mode. It has decent battery life also it's rechargeable so can be used anywhere. Suction power is good and the best part is, fits almost any Tommy tippe bottles. Assembly is straightforward and very simple to maintain and clean the parts. Useful, helpful and functional product.
An absolutely amazing product so simple to use and wish I had got one sooner. It was very simple to put together and the cups are comfortable with the settings easy to operate. Only negative is it’s a little noisy but it wouldn’t stop me from recommending it.
