After investing a significant amount of money in this product for its promised ease and convenience, I find myself repeatedly pressing the power button just to get the cooling function to work. This leaves me constantly guessing whether the water has actually been cooled or not. The device is unreliable and behaves inconsistently, making it frustrating to use.
Would not recommend this product. Replacement lid has also already stopped working and flask does not keep water hot. Really disappointed and wish I had bought the alternative brand now.
We purchased this at the start of February and have only used it once. We were getting ready to go on holiday yesterday and planned to take the set with us to find the rapid cool flask lid isn’t working at all. The star doesn’t light up at all rendering it completely useless We followed all instructions for cleaning etc and really disappointed to find it not working after only ONE use. From reading other reviews it seems lots of people have had similar issues. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
Doesn’t work unfortunately because it just leaks when you try to shake it to cool and mix the formula. What should make your life easier will make it 10x harder having to tidy up the mess it makes. Will be purchasing a Nuby which lots of other mums have.
Bought as was recommended however only used twice & now its not working. Followed all the guidance on how to use & sterilise, Never dropped and not damaged however the bottle is not just flashing red even when no water is present. Very disappointed as was expecting this to make feeding easier, Also its very expensive to then not be able to use after 2 uses!
It sounded like a good buy but it leaked all in my baby bag on a day out the water doesn't stay hot for more than 1.5-2 hours it's looking like it gonna go in the bin I'm really upset as I was so excited for this product I'm sure everyone knows how hard it can be feeding your baby on the go and unfortunately this product has not helped
The star indicator has already stopped working after about a 5 uses, its a poor product, also doesnt make any sense on how its meant to be charged up if chargeable at all? We bought the product to make being away from home feeding easier and now we have no way of cooling the water back down to suitable temperature, I wouldnt recommend
Terrible product. After several uses, the red light constantly flashing - looked this up and it means that the thermometer is faulty or broken, meaning the product is now unusable. We've had our Nuby version of this for longer and it's not broken or become faulty - I'm very disappointed that once again, I'm having to leave a bad Tommee Tippee review to get their support team to get in touch as their website has no easy way of getting in touch with them. Tommee Tippee if you read this, please sort out your product testing - it is crap.
The cooking flask always leaks, checked it with my friends one and hers does not leak! Whenever you tip it upside down water leaks out. So then I’m under my feed needed.
Wish I could be giving this product more: it had been an absolute life saver. Unfortunately, after two months the lid has stopped flashing any colour.
I have used the cooler twice since I’ve bought it however it has stopped working. It continuously flashes red even when I have no water in it and if I add boiling water or cool water it continues to flash red, very disappointing!
Really disappointed, it cools the formula but my star is always blue even with boiling hot water straight from the kettle in it, I just have to guess after a minute or 2 and test it myself. I tip it upside down like it suggests and it’s still always blue
Bought this a while ago been using it and now it’s stopped working the digital lid either doesn’t work at all or turns red and flashes was in the middle of making a bottle on the go and didn’t come on at all! Then the lid started flashing red not happy
Bought this in July 2025 for my baby who is now due in 2 weeks(January 2026) I have just recently took it out of the box to start nesting and make my bottle station ready and decided to test it out. The only thing happening is the star is flashing red at different paces and won’t stop. Saw that Tommy tipped recommended the reset method which I tried but doesn’t work. Very disappointed as I now have to go buy another and spend more money. It's just flashing red, never dropped or damaged it. Always followed instructions. Can't upload video as it's 1 min long.

Absolutely gutted to give this one star as these have been a life saver for me, BUT…. After only giving birth to my first child on 28/11/25 I used these whilst out and about, and I’m gutted that now the star flashes red constantly.now what?? :(
Our little one had this bought for him for Xmas however, after using it twice the star is now just flashing red so it is unusable?! V disappointed!

I bought it two months ago and followed all suggestions on manual how to wash it and use it correctly, but stopped working 2 days ago, display is not working anymore. No signs of life in it. Just for few days at beginning it worked very well, really accurate and precise but after that some days worked well, satisfying, some days didn't start to cool down at all. Needed few shakings and manually cooling down the down body to start the process of cooling down the formula inside.

Only had used 4 2 days and the cooler is saying that the water is ready but it's still boiling hot water so is currently no good incase it's still hot... as I have seen on other reviews it's a common fault that u would think would be sorted by now...
We've only recently purchased this product and at first it was great. However after only a couple of months were unable to use it with the digital display now showing a flashing red star. Extremely disappointed and I will not have to look for an alternative product and fork out more money. Not ideal when you have a new born baby to pay for.
