Another innovative product from Tommy Tippee. A brilliant way to cool boiling milk down to drinkable temperature in the time it takes to change a nappy. Purchased in the sale, so at half price, a fantastic bargain.

I don’t think it’s working correctly - the white flask doesn’t cool the water correctly or change star colour it’s always blue

Took it out for the first time, thoroughly disappointed told me the temperature was cool enough when it wasn’t. This then in turn caused me to go and by some pre-made formula thankfully I was near a shop that sold it. I wouldn’t waste your money on buying this product. I’ve sent mine back as not fit for purpose.

Been using this for 2 months, hot water flask doesn’t keep water hot when the flask is full, cooling one temperature star doesn’t work now flashing constantly red

We were going on a six our car trip so I bought they in advance to feed my baby, I tried to make the feed for my baby. The white top did not fit onto the black flask to check the temperature of the water was still hot enough to make the feed as the hot water leaked everywhere . I then prepared the feed and turned the flask upside down so the liquid came into contact with the lid that is supposed to change colour to say the feed is ready. I ended up with milk leaking out of the white flask and all over my car. The star did not show any colour, I tried tapping the top as the instructions said and no star showed any colour not orange, red or blue, I have tried to contact Tommee Tippee and had no response. Luckily I had some pre-made bottle of formula I could use and did not solely rely on using this to make my baby a feed!

broken after 3 weeks. followed instructions fully and have been super careful yet digital lid doesn’t turn on

Doesn’t work, I could pour boiling water directly into the flask and it was still show a blue star instantly which means it’s safe for baby to drink. Absolute waste of money would not recommend as it takes ages to cool down aswell.

Not even worth the money second set I’ve had in 3 months first was send off because the temperature star was temperamental and this new one is the same also doesn’t always ‘cool bottle in 2 minutes’ sometimes it’s still to hot I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone and if anyone wanted a honest opinion it would be pay the extra and get a nuby rapid cool, nothing but trouble with tommee tippee and I wouldn’t recommend nor buy products again

I absolutely love this! We recently went on holiday with our 10 month old and it was I was so worried about how I would feed her without having to go back to the hotel room to boil the kettle and the whole palaver of waiting for it to cool down. The hot flask would stay hot for around 6 hours and very warm for a couple more. The cooler would work in very quickly at around 30 seconds I think. It was an absolute dream and such a worthwhile purchase. I would definitely recommend to others who are always on the go!

Product is good for on the go and does cool your feed, but like other reviews for me the digital lid worked the first time I used it and the star has stayed blue every time I’ve used it since which is disappointing, the flask does cool the feed so I just wait for the recommended minutes and then test temperature before feeding and it’s been gone. A shame that the lid doesn’t work properly as it’s a brilliant idea and is really convenient when you are on the go

The concept of this product is fabulous. It makes being out with feeding quick and easy. I have now had two of these and both times the temperature lid doesn’t work. They do still cool down the milk but you can’t tell when it’s ready as the star stays blue (ready to serve) even when boiling water is poured in.
