Amazing when they work! I was bought this as a gift as I was spending so much money on buying the ready made aptimal bottles. I find it so easy to use but it doesn’t work on a feed over 7oz and the flask is boiling to touch. The light remains orange for over 5 minutes so I have to cool it down in cold water. Will try the other brands of prep flasks instead now.
Very handy but don’t need both as the one is just a flask.
Was brought these as a gift as I have been using a different brand milk cooler and was a godsend after using this for a month the lid started flashing red constantly even when not in use. It now no longer even flashes red . There’s no light at all to indicate the temperature. A massive let down by this product. My other branded coller I’ve been using for 3 months and is still Going strong. Would not recommend at all.

This product is terrible, since having the flasks the white one has leaked and always indicates blue which is worrying and can't be trusted. I even watched a product video on how to do it thinking I was the one doing it wrong but now I've realised I'm not and the flask is just faulty. Would not recommend.
Despite some of the poor reviews we purchased this product, in fact we have three cooling flasks! In theory these are a god send, when they work! It always cools down the milk but two out of the three lids no longer work and our baby is only 7 weeks old so we have been using them for a short period of time. One no longer shows a visible star, and the other continually flashes red when we aren’t even touching it. Such a shame, if they worked and didn’t break easily/have faults they would be worth the money. My husband emailed to raise this and we still haven’t received a response.
I bought this product when I was. In the UK hoping it would make feedings easier for my little one. Did not work out of the box. The flask got extremely hot and the lid indicator was blue. After an hour when I opened the flask the water was piping hot. Disappointed.
The lid never changes colour when I asked for support from the webpage had bad terrible customer support. The lid works bro cool but when I put n boiling water the star never changes colour to highlight boiling water therefore I have no trust - it was given as a gift as a new solo mum
This has been an absolute game changer for us this time round. We tend to use the white flask to cool the water to then add back into the hot shot of boiling water that we have added the milk into. This means less sterilising which is helpful! I think a lot of these reviews of people saying it doesn’t work possibly havn’t read that you need to tilt the white flask upside down for 5 seconds for it to realise there is hot inside there. We use this for all feeds, not just days out. Would definitely recommend and would buy again !
I bought these as part of a tommee tippee bundle. They have leaked ever since use and the digital lid to test hot water bottle does not fit properly onto hot water flask. Contacted to see if i could have a refund - advised this wasnt possible due to purchasing them in a bundle. Have since been using Nuby version and can recommend!!
Really disappointed with this. Finally braved feeding our twins out and about with this but it doesn’t work properly. The idea is fantastic but our cooling flask is fault. The blue light shows all the time, as soon as we poured the hot water in it said blue star cool enough - no way that was cool enough. It says that the light will turn blue when it is ready to drink but the light is ALWAYS blue. I’m so disappointed after trying to get over my anxieties around how to feed twins easily out and about. Mirror the other comments… Making it completely unreliable and pointless. Such a shame as this could be the best product for new parents but it can’t be trusted to be safe. Waste of our money.
This could be the most amazing product and a total game changer…if it worked properly. The cooling flask itself is great, being able to pour boiling water in and get a cooled bottle out of it in such a short time is fantastic. However, the digital lid does not work. It says that the light will turn blue when it is ready to drink but the light is ALWAYS blue. Even when I have poured boiling water straight in and checked the lid, it always says it’s “ready to drink”. Even checking it on the hot flask, it’s still blue. Making it completely unreliable and pointless. Such a shame as this could be the best product for new parents but it can’t be trusted to be safe.

LED lid stopped working after 2 uses. Tried to contact tommee tippee was no help. It had not been submerged in water or even sterilised. The two times i did use it the colour of the LED symbol never matched the temperature. Would not buy again. Not worth the money. Found better brand
As previous reviews advise don’t waste your money. The digital lid does not fit the flask properly resulting in the boiling water leaking when turning the flask upside down. Tommee Tippee customer service is awful and the word difficult is how I would describe them. Better to buy a thermos flask.
We are on our second one of these in 3-4 Months. We purchased again just over a month ago and the second one has now broken too. Really hard as you come rely on these when you go out and was frantically trying to sort a feed. Going to report to tommee tippee today to understand expected lifespan. Whilst these are 100% practical and helpful they really are not reliable. The LED lid broke both times.
Whilst the actual flask is good and does cool the milk, the digital lid stopped working within a few weeks and when it did work it didn’t represent the milk temperature
Our favourite of products!! Would recommend these, they’re great, easy and portable
