Used it once and the lid stopped working. No star will appear on the lid at all, total waste of money. The nuby is far better, actually works!

Rubbish been let down by tippee had this 4 weeks and it’s broken my lid is just constantly flashing red now and I can’t use it to make bottles this is not the first product I’ve had problems with I also had to send back the perfect prep maker as it was making bottle over 47•c for my child’s bottle even after putting it on cooler setting and Tommee tippee refused to give me a refund until the tested the machine it’s self if I didn’t check the that it would of burnt by baby it impressed with the company at all

Been using this for about 5 weeks and it’s broken, I am currently in Spain with it and it’s just flashing red. I now have no way to make my child’s bottles. I have phoned and all the offered was a new lid, not really good enough!!!

Unfortunately after a good start using this after 6 weeks the digital lids has stopped working. It’s now just flashing red the whole time. Cleaning instructions followed correctly. Unfortunately customer service is non existent. Asks for your personal details on Facebook chat. Not very secure. Still no further forward as not heard back after sending video and model number. Luckily I have other ones from another brand I can use. Also trying to add photo to review but isn’t letting me. Very disappointed.

I have been having major issues with the Rapid cool bottle, the digital display flashing red orange and blue then turns itself off and bottle isn’t cooling milk down properly compared to Nuby rapid cool bottle. I have tried to report this issue before and get this problem resolved but haven’t had a response from Tommee Tippee

First time using the cooling bottle. 10 minutes in and the star is still red so took it off to check it wasn’t faulty. Once the air got to the lid it went blue. Water still hot. Out the lid back on and it’s red again. Waste of money

When it works it's 5 star! Bought 2 for holiday and it was the best thing we could have bought. However a few days in and me of them wouldn't light up at all so we were down to using one. Don't use it for a few weeks then hot it out to take out for the day and again the lights wouldn't work! Bought a third one thinking we were unlucky with a dodgy batch but after 4 uses this one stopped working too. Very disappointed as it's fantastic when it does work but expensive and disappointing when it doesn't.

This was bought for us as a gift for our newborn baby. We was so excited to use it, seemed so simple. However, we literally used it once and now the light constantly displays blue when pressing on button despite being empty or testing with cold water. Instruction manual unhelpful, website unhelpful. We usually swear by Tommee Tippee but after this we will change to nuby as this is too much aggravation wasting time trying to make it work.

It’s not helpful as cooling flask lid has stop working after couple of days .You have to always check temperature manually so I feel I wasted my money.

This product cannot be trusted, bought as a gift and it is amazing when it works however it has only worked a handful of times for us, the digital lid no longer works, I find this product very temperamental which isn't good enough. A Shame as the concept is good. Anyone who doesn't check the temperature of the milk against their wrist is putting their baby at risk.

The concept is great. Not having to wait to cool the milk down is super when you have a crying baby to feed quickly in public or during the night! The hot water flask only holds 360ml so 2 x 6oz feeds which is fine but we now need to use a bigger flask. My main criticism/dislike about the cooling flask is that it is difficult to see what volume you are filling too especially if using for night feeds. I currently need to shine a torch inside to see the numbers. When you pour the steam covers the fill lines and it’s tricky to see. Other than that I am incredibly grateful to be able to make milk & cool very quickly. The orange light for hot followed by blue for ready to drink very simple & quick which is ideal.

This product is very unreliable. Sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t! Could have burnt my baby if I didn’t check the temperature myself. Buy the Nuby one and save yourself constant messages to customer service who will also make you return the item countless times. What a faff for a rubbish product!

We have only used 3 times, after 1.5hours of filling the black flask with boiling water the blue star only reads blue when using the cooling flask which is a concern. I don’t trust this product.

I've had this product for about a week and absolutely loving it makes my sons bottles to the perfect temperature and since he son prescription milk i can't buy ready made bottles for when we go out this is a life saver I do have 1 question though how long dose the battery life last and if it runs out were or how would you buy a new one?
