Unfortunately we’ve had two of these, both of which aren’t working properly. The cooling flask cools the milk but doesn’t show when it is too hot or the right temperature. All that shows when we press the power button is the Tommee logo and then it goes off.
We have been using this for nearly 3 months and the light has become very unreliable and shows up blue after only 5 seconds (still boiling hot) not happy with how fast this has stopped working properly
Purchased last year for our baby born January 2026. Thought it was a fantastic product the first few uses! Lid is now flashing a red star constantly, started halfway through making a feed and won’t turn off! Really disappointed as was such a convenient and quick way to make up bottles!
I purchased this in November and it no longer works. The thermostat has gone on it and I would like a refund!

Very disappointed! Bought this a few months ago and kept it in box. My baby was born in December 2025 and I had taken it out of the box this week to try it out. I have only used this twice since out of box and it is continuously flashing red even with boiled, hot, cold and even with no water, it continues to flash red. I thought this would be great for my formula fed baby and it would make my life easier but to open the box and find it is not working! I am truly disappointed! I have been thinking about purchasing another however I feel I shouldn’t have to spend more money on this product. I have purchased many items from Tommy Tippee and I have had no issues apart from this.
This product is good for when out and about when needing to make babies bottles. But when going to use it the display to show when it's cool enough has stopped working. These say meant to last a long while so wasn't expecting it to break so soon 😔
I purchased this is October mine has no power button that I can see but the lid now completely does not work there’s no light at all! I can’t get in touch with anyone either
I’m so disappointed with this product. I have used this twice and it’s broken. I get a constant red flashing star. As a first time mom with anxiety, this has not helped, especially when I was away from the house and had to feed my little one. I am really put off using any Tommee Tippee product now after spending my money during maternity and receiving a faulty product.
I originally got one in july for my baby, but quickly had to reach out due to it continuously flashing red. A replacement lid was sent. We then went away a few weeks later and used the replacement lid for a day and it did exactly the same. Another lid sent out and now its doing it again. Going to have to go with another brand because its just so unreliable. Can't trust it to make bottles and not break while out and about with a hungry baby
Got this replacement and it’s already flashing red only tried everything and nothing is working

Bought as a gift as this is what I asked for. Unfortunately don’t rate this. Only ever comes up a blue light nothing else and that’s with hot water so how can it be ready when I have not even given it a shake? It will cool the water down but it’s not the point when i don’t know when it’s cooled down so just try and shake longer and also not sure de do it’s even the correct temperature before pouring! Also having issues with the new prep machine I bought myself as after the hot shot is poured it’s then flashing red and not finishing making a bottle correctly. Wasted so much milk and changed to using a kettle. (Wasted money) and not the cheapest! Between them both they are causing me more stress than it’s worth!
Had for less than a month and just get a flashing red star now even if it’s not been used for hours. Worked fine initially but disappointing that it’s lasted such a short period of time
Awful. The lid doesn’t seem to work properly, the screen is intermittent and sometimes doesn’t come on. Sometimes it shows as blue straightaway after pouring boiling water inside. Do not trust it at all when making babies bottles! Complete waste of money. Would have taken back but unfortunately lost receipt so left with an expensive product that I don’t trust!!!
From the beginning the lid hasn’t worked properly. I’ve followed all the instructions given on the website but still no joy. The lid shows blue as soon as I put boiling water in there and sometimes there’s no light at all. Was bought as a baby shower present so have no way of taking it back so I’m stuck with something I can’t use.
Brought one in the space of 24hrs and had to swap it for new one and still having the same problem there no on button on the screen if I tap it than it come on soon as the water goes in from the kettle it’s blue when it is boiling hot water and then I boil the kettle again and put it in direct to see if it would go red still blue until I empty the bottle went amber is there an issue with these it seem faulty again the second time brought from Tesco I have put it upside down for the 5 second and still not reading it

Our daughter has 17 days old. We bought the pack with the two flasks (white and black) thinking it will help us with our daughter's feeds. The black one is working perfectly because is just like a normal flask, but the white one is failing since the beginning. Sometimes the lid shows the blue light but the milk is still very hot. And to close the lid you need to press very hard because it drips the content. I'm very disappointed with the product
Product is nice and works well while at out and about. We have had this product now for 3 months since our baby was born. This is only used when we are out about once or twice every other day. We cleaned regularly as per instructions. Unfortunately as of today we have now had the red flashing red light. This now indicates it is no longer useable. Therefore I can no longer use whitest out and about. We was going to get the nubby one as heard good reviews about it. We decided to get this one because all of our products and accessories are tommee tippee. This ranging from dummies to the perfect prep machine. I would recommend the product if it wasn’t for the failure for the digital lid which seems to be a re-occurring issue.
