The hot flask is very good but the go prep leaks every time I tip it upside down to see if it has cooled down! So wastes water that is needed for baby’s feed to match the oz! Wouldn’t recommend.

On my fourth replacement of this product and despite this, it’s still flawed. The lid doesn’t display any light / a blue light only and our newest replacement even leaks boiling water. Upon tipping it upside down to try and shake the water around, boiling water came flying out and on to my child. This product needs to be removed from shelves, and regardless of all my feedback - tommee tipped still won’t do anything. Disgraceful.

Was recently gifted the go prep cooling flask. Despite the many recommendations, the lid seems to be flawed. It only displays blue star despite being in contact with boiling water for a minimum of 10 secs. Not pleased with it at all!
The cooling flask still works however, the light function on the lid has completely stopped working so I never know when the milk is at the right temperature so it is useless to be honest. Wouldn’t buy again.

I bought this product from this website in the month of March 2024. The hot flask is good to go but the cold flask is rubbish. Blue light disapper now and it doesn't cool the milk on time. It takes 5 min to do before its in seconds and cold flask gonna hot while touching or shaking the milk. Its hard for me as a new mum. Please if you can resolve this issue its really appreciate and helpfull for me.

I bought go prep Hot flask and cold flask in the month of March 2024. Hot flask is good to go. But the colling flask is always flash blue light now its disapper and cold flask is not cooling the milk on time. It takes 5 mins now to cool it diwn before its in a seconds. Is there any other way to resolve this issue for me please my child is 3 months old its hard for me without this bottles.

Had heard raving reviews about these “rapid cool” flasks so as a first time mum I had to buy. Very disappointed to say that my cooling flask is faulty. It always shows a blue star (indicating that the water is the perfect cool temp) even straight after tipping boiling hot water in. It has never once displayed a yellow or a red star. This is extremely dangerous. Lucky i tested the water with my finger before feeding to my baby as it was still boiling hot!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my second as the first was faulty and now have had to pay to replace with an alternative as I'm not prepared to take the risk anymore. Even when the water is fresh out of the kettle the light doesn't display red. Either goes to amber for a few seconds or straight to blue. So dangerous. From reading other reviews I'm not the first by far. This product should be pulled until it's failure rate drops significantly.

The LED lid does not work properly. Waiting ages for it to turn blue but it doesn’t. Only used 3 times. Will not purchase again
