Mixed feelings on this one! We were recommended this but we just find it’s so inconsistent! Some times it takes 10 minutes and others it’s feels like seconds! Makes me worry the temperature isn’t right. At times the light is amber but the milk is really cool? I often pour it out and have to try again…with a crying baby.
Broken already!? Flashing red light on the lid which means I can’t use it out and about anymore. Really disappointed with this, we bought it as it was on offer with the full machine. We have friends that have the nuby for almost 2 years and still working fine
I bought the ultimate bottle feeding bundle this came with it I have used it 3 times & now the green/red & amber light doesn’t work. So I have to just test it everytime on my arm either getting burnt by boiling water or it’s luke warm. I was so excited to use this product as it makes life going out so much easier when having a new born & a toddler on the go all the time & it’s absolutely awful to break just after 3 uses.
Started off great! Cools water quick and to a good temp. However my daughter is 10weeks old and the lid is just flashing red constantly, the device still serves its purpose, we just can't use the lid as a temp reference. Can't find anywhere a way to charge it or check the battery
If I could have given this product 10 stars for convenience I would have… when it worked! Unfortunately after only 4 months of use we’ve had a flashing red light appear and I can’t turn it off or find out anything about it in the manual. It’s left us with an unusable product.
Mine turn on red and don’t want to turn off what happened I don’t know
Bought this for my daughter in law and worked perfectly for first 2 months then the battery ran out and then found out it is a sealed battery so can’t be replaced. Now my daughter in law has to rely on a watch to know if the water is cool enough. At least make the product so the battery can be replaced.This is not a cheap product. Would not recommend to buy this product
I absolutely loved this, it was magic and a real life saver when out and about. However, after a few weeks of using it on and off the lid stopped working, so there is no 'safe' temperature indication, which is disappointing as both my children have had TT products from feeding and weaning to sleeping and this is the only product we have used that hasnt lived up to expectations.
Was an absolutely amazing product but recently the lid has stopped working, while the flask still works it’s a pain holding a wiggly 7 month old and making sure the bottle is the right temperature. Love the product but wish the lid still worked or I could purchase just the lid?
On the first go of this the flask lid broke! The star was flashing red and then just went off. Really bad design.
I bought this in February and found it never worked properly. The light would turn blue to indicate it was drinkable but was often too hot. If the water was boiling it would stay red even with shaking for far longer than the 2 minutes. After about 3-4 attempts the lid stopped working altogether. I got a refund from amazon. I wouldn’t recommend this product it’s not worth the money
Really disappointed with this product. Was fantastic but only used 3 times according to exact instructions and then lid started flashing red non stop. Wouldn’t switch off/stop flashing. Now can’t use it.
Unfortunately 2nd one we have got and this one leaks everywhere, given up and not going to get another one
My device is just flashing red constantly I have brought many tommy tippy products like a prep machine and she doesn't drink the milk from any of them only when done in the formula feeder and now it is just flashing red constantly after about 3 month of use. I am very disappointed in this product and should have gone for the brand everyone recommended to me but went with tommy tippy as I trusted the brand. Now I wish I hadn't wasted my money on tommy tippy
Daughter is 2 weeks old, we have used this 3 times and now it just constantly flashes red and doesn’t let us turn it off or show any other colour indications.
I bought the product a few months ago and really loved it but now the lights on the lid do not work, very disappointing as going away next week and wanted to take this with.
Battery stopped working after a while and we were sent a replacement lid. The replacement lid was no where near as good and didn’t give accurate readings for temperature. Wouldn’t recommend!
We had one delivered. Didn't work. They replaced the cap. Still didn't work. We sent back and they replaced the whole thing but now the cap is working but leaks shooting hot milk out. My wife burnt herself using it. Terrible product. If you are going to purchase one. Get the Ruby rapid cool. We have one of these and it's brilliant.
Brilliant product
I brought the go prep cool flask for the nursery but after using it twice the star just stays on flashing amber, I have cleaned the flask how it states in the manual, tried to replace batteries impossible. Very disappointed with the product. Diana Hemmings Owner Twinkle Tots of Endon
