Unfortunately this product doesn’t work and we’d like a replacement or refund. We bought it a couple of months ago and just tried using it today for the first time but it wouldn’t do anything. The blue light wouldn’t come on (and we’ve seen it on previously, when we first took the set out of the box a few weeks ago), and the black bottle wouldn’t seal. We logged on to the website to check in case we were missing a step in the preparation process and noticed the earlier reviews outlining the same issues. It seems like there is an issue with the product, and we’d like to be compensated with an alternative.

As others have said whilst a good idea, and an alternative to another brand which has good reviews, this product has failed with the first handful of uses. Not sure how this made it through a new product testing process, as the LED fails. As others have said the same its not a batch issue.

Incredibly disappointed in this. It has not worked since we bought it. We bought it in the supermarket with our groceries and didn't keep the receipt so couldn't return. Total waste of money. Not what I expect from Tommee Tippee products. Don't waste your money.

Amazing product. With 120mm of boiling water it cools it down to feeding temperature in minuets even less.

Purchased this product 5 months ago brilliant for cooling water. Unfortunately BATTERY packed up. Cannot find out how to change the battery. Also do not know what kind of guarantee you get with this product.

Worked brilliantly for about 1 month. Now the display does not work at all. I used to really rate Tommee Tippee products and found the customer service to be brilliant 3 years ago with my first child. However, this time around I have had an issue with prep machine filters not working, and now the prep go bottle not working. Each time a I have tried to contact customer support, they have either not responded or have not done what they have said. With the prep machine filters, they promised a discount code which never appeared, despite chasing this multiple times. Now with the issue with the prep go, no one is responding. Very disappointed!

It does not work as advertised, the red hot indicator does not work and it takes 5-6 minutes to kool down😡

This product works well to cool the formula which is its intended use, however, the temperature guide does not work. The star has been blue on mine for “ready to drink” since it arrived, even with boiling water in it. I just wait a couple of minute and check the temperature myself but it is frustrating that a big part of the appeal of the product doesn’t work at all.

I bought my daughter two extra white flasks and they are a godsend. Not only can you venture out without worrying about feeds but you can also produce night feeds within a couple of minutes. No more screaming baby at 3.00 in the morning!

Doesn’t work! I had 3 of these in total (original purchase and 2 replacements) and none of them worked. All 3 had faults with the temperature star either not working properly or just not working at all; 2 of the 3 the digital lids had no display at all. Tommee tippee sent both replacements from the same batch so there was obviously a fault. A shame really as I’ve used this brand for years and never had a problem before. I ended up buying the same product from another brand, you get 2 of the cooling flasks for a cheaper price and it works perfectly! Don’t waste your money on this.

I was kindly gifted this go prep portable formula feed maker for free to test and review by Tommee Tippee. This is my first time using the portable formula feed maker and i must say i love it. I an a first time mom so i was finding it difficult to breast feed in the public so started my baby on combination feed. It was a challenge to prepare a warm bottle of feed for the baby when i was out and about and go prep feed maker made it super easy. It works efficiently by making formula feed at the perfect temperature in 2 minutes, ready to feed. there is digital star turn blue when feed is ready and stays red if feed is hot. I love it and feel confident preparing the feed in the bus or shopping mall without any hesitation. Its an easy and quick way to make a perfect temperature feed specially for busy moms like me.

Overall product is great and makes it so much easier to make a bottle for my little one on the go. I personally find it hard to judge the amount of water using the graduations on the inside so just measure the water in a bottle before transferring other than that great product!

Easy to use and so convenient. Wish this was available for my first baby. It makes taking your baby out and about easier. You can make a fresh feed on the go and it cools down so fast. I was very impressed with it.
