My wife and I purchased a tommee tippee prep machine, and we had a fault after set up. I have tried chatting to tommee tippee customer care on their website and Jude who "assisted" me was less than helpful. I clearly explained my issue to them, however I then needed to provide them with alot of personal information so I could upload a video of the issue, but I HAD EXPLAINED THE ISSUE TO THEM! issue was not resolved, far from helpful. It's a shame because the prep machine does look ok.

Bought the new tommee tippee and Binibamba pram shrug, print quality poor sadly looks like a child printed it! I now understand why they used influencers and famous people to launch it. The print quality on the bag it cane in was so much better

I bought my daughter 6 of the anti colic bottles for her baby due in 4 weeks time. She had used them for her first baby and was very happy with them. After sterilising the bottles the lids would not stay on. I contacted customer service at Tommee Tippee who offered to replace the bottles straightaway. Within 2 or 3 days a new set of bottles arrived. I cannot fault the customer service received.

I had an issue with my bottle cooler and the team were a great help and sent me out a replacement, no faults and the staff where great I was speakin with Nicholas, Florence, Debbie and Morgan and had no issues at all

My tommee tippee cooling flask had the flashing red star of doom at 11pm tonight on the last feed of the day. It had been being iffy in the day and then just gone. I spoke with Kelly who was amazing and such a huge help with sorting a replacement for me. Kelly was very helpful and very understanding to my situation and very quick to help resolve it. Truly appreciate Kelly’s quickness to resolve the issue. Amazing. Thank you.

Really great customer service experience. I’m surprised they had customer service available at 9pm which is really ideal especially when having a baby. I was happy with the product initially and bought three glass sets because my sister said glass was best. One chipped probably just a faulty one and this was replaced. All 9 have chips on the top half of them. The product just isn't durable and quite concerning when I've been following the wash and sterilising instructions and using the Tommie Tippie microwave steriliser! Stopped using them immediately and looking at other brands now!

Delivery was an issue and then when it did arrive, one of the boxes inside was damaged with the bottles spilled etc. nothing broken but just didn’t feel like any cars in packing or delivery

It was very easy to chat. And quickly. I thought maybe it would be a long winded faff, they would ask for the product to be returned so they could fix it, or to explain for me to change the battery etc. Instead they told me to stop using the product, issued an apology and a replacement sent out straight away. I think they took the health and safety of my baby very seriously. I’m really pleased with how they dealt with the issue.

I had an issue with the eco-refill bags ripping as I was refilling them, but I spoke to Debbie on their Facebook messenger and she very kindly sent me new 6 pack for free. Very happy with the service and you speak to a person! Not just an AI representative

I have many products from Tommee Tippee, purchased in preparation for my baby. I have found all of them to be fantastic and would recommend to anyone. However, when I did encounter an issue with one of their products, a fault that happens from time to time, I needed to contact customer services. On doing so, I recieved prompt and helpful communication from their team, I ended up being helped by Martin, Beverley and Sophie. All 3 of which were very helpful, replied promptly and communicated well with a dedication to ensure the product was being used correctly and upon agreeing that there was a fault, finding a resolution I was happy with. They ended up deciding to replace the item, which I was more than happy with and the product was ordered and sent straight away, after agreeing with the suggested resolution. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and support.
