We were gifted a Tommee Tippee UV Steriliser from a friend who had used it for their baby, in time for us having ours. Unfortunately the filter in the back has ripped and we reached out to customer service to purchase a repair (having seen on q&a on the website that this was possible) but was told that the information on the website was incorrect and that there is no replacement for the filter. We were advised that our only alternative was to purchase a new steriliser. It’s a shame that a perfectly working item is now unusable because we’re unable to purchase a spare filter.

My cooling flask had a leaky lid and after getting in touch with customer services and speaking with Beth and Beverley, they were able to send me out a new cooling flask to resolve the issue free of charge. Good experience using website but you need to think about the company you use for delivery. As they chucked my parcel over the fence and not bothered to hand it to me. Lucky the product wasn’t broken and lucky I didn’t order the glass bottles otherwise it would be a different story

Cannot fault the live chat or customer support of TommeeTippee. I was able to speak with a human via live chat, and within a few minutes they’d kindly sent out replacement parts to support with a TommeeTippee manual breast pump I have. Fantastic service.

My daughter is autistic and non-verbal, and her soothers are a huge source of comfort for her. I reached out as we were struggling to find the specific type she will accept, and Jude showed such genuine kindness, understanding, and compassion throughout.
