A terribly designed product. In theory great but the amount of maintenance it needs is bonkers. If it’s not the filter needing changing it’s a cleaning cycle - and these can come along at any time with no warning. There you are, screaming baby in hand wanting to feed but no, the machine needs a 45min cleaning and filter priming session. Save the money and buy something less fussy

I bought this product on bundle and found it very useful to feed an already screaming baby and get the job done! It might not follow the same NHS recommended cooled boiled water approach, but honestly, that takes ages and I'm not supposed to pre -make bottles...so how can I survive? I like the detachable water jug so I can easily fill it up and not feel like I'll make the whole cable wet (and risk electrocution).

Great product. Very easy to use and setup. The feeds come out at right temperature and good consistency so no change in Ella preference. Does save a lot of hassle about boiling kettle and waiting for ages and with fussy babies that's a positive. It just reduces the stress out of feeding. Our friends also us one and swear by it too. Also easy to maintain and clean.

I was sent this machine through Colab but I have used prep machines for both my children. Having previously used the Day & Night machine this one feels like a complete upgrade with the new design and features using the app. Set up was easy and you can follow instructions using the app, priming the filter is always a challenge but just take the time to do it properly. Having all information about the machine on the app is great and easy to follow instructions when it comes to cleaning cycles or filter changes. Highly recommend from when your baby is having 4oz or more feeds - it’s a life saver.

Having owned the previous model. This upgrade is so much better! The one touch function is particularly helpful and I love that the water jug is detachable! No more spills. It makes the perfect temperature every feed. The Bluetooth feature is very useful lets me know if the water is low or the filter needs changing. I highly recommend to any parent looking to make formula feeds more efficient.

Really happy with the new Perfect Prep – it feels like a proper upgrade. I love the removable jug (so much easier to clean), the smaller size that doesn’t take up as much space, and the simple design without a screen. Being able to set the temperature in the app is a game-changer too. The only small niggle is that the light stays on for 18 minutes, which feels a bit much. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if that could be shortened. Overall, though, it’s a brilliant improvement and I’m really glad I switched.

I have no hesitation in recommending this product to all parents and carers. It makes life so much easier and quicker than other methods and it is so easy to use. I like the way that you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs and how speedily it does so. It looks good on my worktop too and it has become a talking point with visiting friends and family. Maintaining it, cleaning it and changing the filter are all simple to do. It is a life-saver for busy parents who want the best for their little ones. Highly recommended.

This prep machine is absolutely amazing, it makes bottles super quickly and saves so much time out of my day. The instructions for set up were very easy to follow and the machine is straightforward to operate, making bottles on the go possible! The machine is very sleek, well designed and doesn't take up much kitchen space making it perfect for smaller spaces. My daughter is 13 months old now and I'm expecting my little boy in March, this is going to be perfect for combination feeding, especially with a toddler and a newborn to care for. This prep machine has to be one of my favourite bits of baby kit, I can't recommend it enough to any parent. Thank you CoLab for giving me the opportunity to try this out and give my opinion.

Really quick and easy to use. Good setup with the app and easy to use guide to get started. Good size not to big. Makes a bottle fast and at a cooler temperature for my son as he does not like a hot bottle there are 3 temperature to choose from in the app. Really love this product.

Thank you for the chance to try the perfect prep machine through collab!! Personal experience using the machine Pros- it’s a god send for making bottles perfect to give straight to my daughter. The sleek design doesn’t take up much space on my worktop and fits in well with my other appliances. The nightlight is perfect for making bottles during the night as it’s soft glow is enough without it making the room too bright. Cons - we have find with using the prep machine the higher up you go in oz the longer it takes to make the bottle which can be an inconvenience if you have a hungry baby and needing the bottle asap. The water temperature inside the jug can be very sensitive and require frequent changes to ensure the light doesn’t illuminate. All in all I would 100% recommend this machine to new parents but would advise buying this form when your baby is taking 4oz or more as this is the lowest the machine goes.

The PerfectPrep machine Likes You can easily make a bottle in less than two minutes. The machine interface is really simple and intuitive to use. The machine doesn’t take up much worktop space. I use the cool mode bottle temperature which helps makes bottles that are a similar temperature to the Nuby RapidCool. So my hungry baby doesn’t need to wait for the bottle to cool. Dislikes The app. When setting up the machine the bottle temperature was set to warm not default. I couldn’t change this due to a bug in app. A bug fix was released quickly which fixed the issue. I had contacted support to log my issue but due to a different in app bug I couldn’t view the response from the support team. It wasn’t till later in the day that I saw that a bug fix had been released. Still don’t know what the response said. Colour. The chalk colour looks like a dirty magnolia colour. I was expecting something with a hint more grey in it. Personal preference but really clashes with my white kitchen cupboards and grey worktop, the slate colour would have looked better in my opinion. Bottle temperature. Default bottle temperature is very warm if you’re only making a 4,5 or 6oz feed. Please please check the milk temperature before giving it to your baby. Who would I recommend it to? Due to the formula amount starting from 4oz I wouldn’t recommend this to new born parents. I’d say wait till your baby is taking a 4oz feed.

This product is a life saver!! So easy to use, simple steps, makes a bottle within minutes and is right temperature to feed baby straight away. No waiting round like you would for a kettle. Midwife's and hospitals don't advise them they advise the kettle method as with the prep machine you put the powder in first, then a hot shot to sterilize the milk powder, then the cool water. No wait time to feed, especially ideal throughout the night for feeds when exhausted and baby is hungry. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to change filter (which doesn't need to be done regularly only every couple months), easy to clean through, easy to descale. Easy machine which saves time. Highly recommended

Pants!!!! This newer version was sent because my old machine just stopped working. However the previous model is a million miles better than this. It basically doesn't work, the power button is not very sensitive and is like Russian roulette if we're going get the hotel shot and cold water!! We have wasted over half a tub of formula in a week we're this machine doesn't give us the cold after the hot!! We don't have a water filter so had to bin ! The machine now has the thermostat light on every time the hot shot is poured .... indicates water in jug at back is to hot! But it's stone cold with ice as per instructions!! Again once that comes on you get no cold shot so wasting formula. We have tried contacting TT and we get a reply hours after we sent on chat ..... we have now resorted to buying pre made mini cartons! Which is highly costly and after a c section is far from ideal !! However after a screaming baby and no working milk machine we don't really have another option !!
