Support isn’t great. Purchased the xbox GP ultimate 12 month account. Inaccurate description. What they don’t tell you is that since it’s shared if someone else signed in decides to play at the same time as you, you will not be able to play online. feel like something like that should be disclosed. now let’s see if this review gets deleted because it’s true.. (overall account does technically work, but i don’t recommend buying)
