I bought the cervical traction device neck stretcher for those days when I’m on my laptop too long. It was noticeable after my first 10 minutes of using it. Two others have told me my neck posture is so much better and asked what I’ve been doing. My neck is now in the correct position, and I’m not sore after a long day of online work. Just 10 minutes a day, and it’s been only the first 2 weeks. I’ve referred two friends to buy it, and they love it!

All I can really say it works really well, it's a little uncomfortable for maybe the first few uses kinda like breaking in a new pair of shoes.

Never received my package. Tracking said it arrived but I have ring doorbell and it was not delivered to my home and despite attempts to share this with the company. No one has refunded me or assisted me other than to tell me to reach out to my “local courier” who should assist me with tracking the package. I explained that I have no idea what company “delivered” this and asked them to let me know so that I could reach out. Never heard back and there’s no number to call, only the email. Way to just take a customers money and go radio silent. SCAM!!

I have been using Neck Cloud for only a few weeks & have been extremely pleased with the results. I’m a nurse & have suffered from neck tension & headaches as well as developing a lump at the base of my neck. I would've loved to leave a review about how awesome my neck stretcher is but I never received it. It shipped a month ago and got lost in the mail. I have emailed customer service 3 times via their email address on their website. I also emailed them through Facebook. I heard from someone named Bryan who told me to wait a little longer to see if my package showed up. It has not shown up and now I'm still waiting to hear back on my 3 additional messages. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. The company seems a bit sketchy because it's so hard to contact that someone.

I've been using the product and love the stretch in my neck. I'm a nurse who is on the computer charting a lot, and on my phone screen quite a bit otherwise. I've developed that ugly neck hump and am hoping with regular use, this product will diminish that. I know it won't happen quickly so I will be persistent.

The customer service was some of the best I’ve come across. Personalized responses & seemed to truly value their customers. Additionally, my order came very quickly. I love the products I purchased (a neck cloud and a back massager). They were delivered to me just fine, and I use them every day; they seem to work well helping me with my neck and posture, and reminding me of keeping my back straight by activating appropriate muscles.

Have been using the Kenko Back stretcher for 3 weeks now have it on level 2 it is still uncomfortable to use but I have definitely seen improvements and will persevere the product arrived on time and I have had several follow up emails would recommend Kenko thumbs up

I purchased express delivery with tracking and my purchased item did not arrive within the scheduled time-frame. I was offered the option of a discount or a refund. Willow was the staff member who handled my complaint, and I give him the best recommendations.

I recently bought the neck stretcher, and I think it's fabulous. I have had neck pain for many years, and after just a couple of weeks of using this product, the pain in my neck has been reduced considerably. I will continue to use it, and am confident that my neck will continue to improve. I also appreciate that the company has sent follow up emails with instructions on extra exercises to also help to allegiate neck issues. Very impressed.

I am really impressed with Kenko's customer service! I accidentally put my neighbours address on my order. When I didn't get the product, I talked to Kenko. They sent a screenshot of the delivery. I showed it to my neighbour (who previously said they didn't remember a package) and my neighbour found it in their house and gave it to me. I have been using the neck cloud and love it. It is helping relieve my neck pain.

An excellent product. I suffer with arthritis in my neck. I use this product just once a day for 10 minutes and the relief it provides is amazing.

No problem with the product or the company, I just think it is over priced for what it is.
