My experience is very positive.
I use my kenko back every evening after my day at work.
I’m an expedition guide in polar regions and I spend a lot of time standing and I always carry a back pack, so I have tensions on my shoulders and upper back at the end of the day.
Kenko back is helping me to release the tension. I use it for usually 10/15 min or even more, it’s a great way to stretch your neck release tension.
Beside this it’s light and easy to carry with me in my luggage

Package arrived faster than predicted. I chose tracked shipping. Quality of product is as expected.

I love this product! I was impatient to receive the neck support ( not sure what the proper name for this item) it took about 10 days. From the first day using it as recommended 2 minutes morning and night, I felt a difference. I actually felt it all the way down my left side , hip, knee, bunion. I am a swimmer a I feel a huge difference in how my neck is much looser when doing my laps. My neighbour has ordered theirs and I will continue speaking about how great this product works.

Do not order from this company, I've been waiting for my order and paid the company $277.20 one month ago and been given nothing but lies. First I was told I never ordered anything by the founder, now I have been told it's been delivered - Unprofessional & Scammers

This product has helped my neck and back stress dissipate. It allows my neck to stretch and relax at the same time.

I have used the Kenko Neck Cloud for about 6 months.
I use it 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening before sleep. It has helped me tremendously! I have far less pain during the day now, and I sleep better at night due to decreased neck pain. Thank you!

Kenkoback promises full refund however when it comes to it, will not give a full refund. You have to ship the article back to Australia where they decide whether it deserves a full refund. (Very very rude customer service woman who demands a result otherwise she closes your ticket!) Instead to avoid all the hassle they offer you a 50% refund!! Be careful of this company!

I too got sucked into false advertising for the bunion splint corrector that is advertised on FB. There is no dial to adjust, just cheap plastic and velcro.
Lloyd, from Kenkoback, if you really think the version you are sending out is superior than the one ADVERTISED on Facebook, then why don't you change your ads??

I ordered on March 31st, received within the 10-15 days expedited shipping I paid for but, will be returning them for hopefully a full refund ALSO AS ADVERTISED on FB.

Very impressed. After a week back pain was alot easier. One of the few health products that I have purchase that did what it said it would do. I would highly recommend.

I've been using the back stretcher for about a month now and the difference is incredible. I'm 60 years old and have suffered from very painful Sciatica for a few years. At its worst I could barely stand upright.

I had been going to an Osteopath which had helped, but was very expensive to keep up so couldn't do it regularly enough. So I thought I would try this, and I'm glad I did. It's been amazing.

The results started to come very quickly and I soon realised how badly curved my back had gotten in the wrong direction, too much sitting badly over the years.

When I used it the first few times my back would pop several times when I sat up just after using it (the same sound you get when an Osteopath realigns the spine). The pain relief was immediate.

Now I use it every day and occasionally get a little popping sound but have had no pain since. Even the dull pain has gone and I can now stand up from being seated without wincing each time.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
It did take a while to arrive, so just be patient. It's definitely worth both the time and the money spent.

Absolutely rubbish. I ordered for my mom bunion spilt correction that was on special buy one get 1 free and they have take double the money off my account. This is totally a scam. I haven't received the first order I placed and now they have taken extra money off my account and I haven't even received an email confirmation for this order

The product is affordable and effective. I try to use it at least once a day. My neck pain isn't gone but it definitely helps. The only downside is that shipping was pretty slow, but I've been spoiled with free next day shipping.

I ordered both the neck and back Kenko products and it has reduced my neck, shoulder & lower back pain. So far so good!!!

I ordered my kenko back about a month ago and have been using it at least 5 days a week. I have seen and felt such a huge difference. Not only has my neck pain eased up but my shoulder pain as well. As someone who suffers from fibromyalgia this has been a lifesaver!

I have been to an osteopath, an acupuncturist, my primary care physician, a spine specialist and physical therapy and nothing has helped until I started using your amazing little gizmo! I received it about 2 weeks ago and have been using it every day. My neck bump is a little smaller and my neck pain is almost gone so I am optimistic things will improve with continued use.Thrilled with the immediate results and optimistic about the future. If could have rated - stars i would have. False advertising = thieves. Was supposed to receive and paid for bunion correctors with adjustment dials but didn't. Buyers beware of this company. It's all a scam.

After many years of suffering neck pain, and no longer able to have physio or chiropractic treatment for my neck, I decided to try the Neck Stretcher. I love it and when using it, it is the only time I am pain free. I found it very comfortable. I have also noticed that I am having some movement in my neck now. I have also been able to decrease my pain relief and hope that continues. Thank you

The products are useful and effective. It helps my mom to relieve her feets from pressure and helps to relieve my neck pain by sleeping on the pillow. Highly recommend!
