Three Products Three Successes
I have purchased three products from Kenko Back - the Neck Cloud, the Orthopaedic Back Stretcher and the Knee Massager (for my husband).

Kenko Back bunion corrector
Item delivered was not as advertised. The advert was selling a brace with an adjustable dial which moved the toe brace on a pinion away from the 2nd toe. This was highlighted in the video as of great importance to the success of the equipment and specifically the 27 degree angle which eventually would be achievable to realign the correct position of the hallux joint. What was sent was a cheap equivalent with only velcro strap attached to a plastic brace and no adjuster.

Save your money on the socks
Order there mens large xx neuro soxs, don't fit a women size 6, they don't refund in full as advertised, instead after many many emails got 40% back, they are useless and a waste of money, I purchased some others from a reputable company, same price and perfect with 100% relief instantly. I ordered what I thought was a bunion corrector. The advertisement on Facebook showed a circular device that you twist to move the big toe so it comes back into alignment. However when it arrived it didn't have the circular twist device thing and doesn't serve a purpose at all. I've sent 3 emails and have had no response. It's either false advertising and/or not honouring their money back guarantee. Either way it's negative karma. Avoid...seems hit and miss and a gamble if you actually receive the correct item you've ordered .

False branding and products
Ordered awhile back and item was not shipped. Went to the website to try to get someone, even their chat function, but no replies. Keyed in my order number only to find that it does not even exist in their system. Filed a paypal claim before they contacted me finally. Item was also missing and told me they could not send the E-book which was in my package. However they have all my details and email. The book is useless. It is more of a product advertising book instead. What they did was just creating a brand, producing their company sticker and sticking it on existing same products sold on Amazon and claiming it as their own while marking up more than 5 times the cost. Don't even bother asking for a refund because you won't get it. All fake advertising, all potential buyers please beware.
Tracking is at a stand still
Tracking is at a stand still. Label has been created but no shipment has occurred. I will report this to my CC company as fraud. UPDATE:. Products arrived but one was broken. I ordered another product from a totally different company yet both were crammed into a bubble wrap bag and shipped from same warehouse. How does that happen? Should have ordered from Amazon. Don't waste ur time or money here!
I have been using Kenji Back for about 1 month
I have been using Kenji Back for about 1 month now, though not consistently I have to admit. I do try to use it twice a day, and when I do my neck feels much better. Whether it will get rid of that bump in my upper back, the jury is still out on that. But overall I think it's a good product. And I do recommend it's use. Afterall it only requires 5 minutes of your time, so why not I say. I do however cannot use it on a floor surface or I wouldn't be able to get up, so I do it on my bed instead and it works just fine.

I love the Kenko Neck cloud!! I was suffer from neck pain due to an injury but, after using this twice a day I feel much better. But, the first 4 days I used it, it was very uncomfortable. Now I enjoy it and love how I feel after using it. I love it so much that I’m looking at ordering more of their products…..
No Full Refund as promised
I ordered the neck cloud, which was too large for my size. I contacted them right away and returned it within a week. Although they promise a full refund within 60 days, they kept my shipping (I paid for shipping back to them) and they kept the taxes paid on the item, even though I now have not purchased it. They do not respond to any inquiry about where the rest of my refund is. They do not honor their "full refund" promise.
KENKO - Looting consumers money
If there is something lower than a 1-star rating then KENKO Health deserves that.
KENKO sales guy lies lot of thing before pitching KENKO plans to the cusotmer.
KENKO executive 'JITESH" told that the payment reciept of payment app is applcibale for all payments done at Doctor's clinic as generally clinic's does not provide the bills.
When I have submitted the prescription & payment evidence, KENKO has declined that and without qouting the reason / informing to the cnsurmer.
KENKO is just to earn money thorugh illegal ways from consumers.
2nd Incident - Dated 12th Mar'23
For headache - Diagnostic reports, prescription & Invoice has been uploaded and still, it has been declined by KENKO stating the duration of the headache is needed which is already mentioned on the Doctor's prescription.
Now the executive who is checking and al these orders is literally illiterate.
On top of that they even don't have a system in place to track the customer's complaints & their customer care executives seem to have consumed some drugs and are not aware of anything.
Please don't fall into the trap of KENKO, the worst service provider in any segment that I have faced as a customer.

Let me just say I am so glad to decided to give the back stretcher a try. Initially I thought it would simply help to stretch my back, but even after the first time I used it, I found it to be beneficial in other ways also. I felt it immediately in my shoulders, chest and diaphragm. The force of gravity coupled with the design has opened my chest cavity and I am feeling like I am breathing better and am more naturally able to stand straight with better posture. And believe it or not, I am able to feel a stretch in my frontal pelvic/hip muscles ( this is a great relieve to those of us who are hunched up in a sitting chair position all day). Thank you for having the ingenuity and foresight to create such a simple yet immensely effective device!

Waiting on Refund
Ordered Kenko Knee Relieve for my mom in early December, shipping/delivery went smoothly... but the Knee Relieve slips were too big for her.
I emailed them about a refund on February 3rd, 2023, and got a reply saying "You'll be refunded in 5-10 business days" in one email, and "You have recieved a refund" in a separate email, both recieved on February 6th, 2023....
It's now 4 weeks later, (writing this on March 5th, 2023), and have yet to hear anything further from Kenko, and have yet to recieve a refund.
They don’t honor their return policy
I ordered the neck cloud and was excited to get it. The company delivering the product gave me tons of run around and Kenko couldn’t help me. The shipping company said it couldn’t be delivered despite me verifying multiple times the address was correct. I asked for a refund since I couldn’t get the product and Kenko said no I had to wait for it to arrive.
I got the product and it’s making my neck and shoulder issues worse. They claim to have a 60-day money back guarantee so I reached out to them to request a return. They will not respond via email or through their online chat. I have been reaching out for the past 5 days+ with no response. They were quick to respond when the item wasn’t being delivered but now I get no response when trying to get my money back. I started chatting with them when they were “online” during their Australian work hours at the very beginning. I sent multiple messages that day till they closed and no one responded.
Just a cheap product onsold to you for a big profit!
This is called dropshipping. This guy is just buying the product from China for $16 and selling it to you for much more with slick marketing. Get a real job, mate!
Kenko neck cloud
It was a clever purchase as I was about to call a chiropractor fortunately, since I’ve got the product it has not been needed. It does as described and release pain after 5 minutes used. It also helps realign the spine and disappears the bump formed at the back of the neck.

Got nothing lost 70 euros
I paid extra for tracking that gives less information than most free tracking services and my order never got to me so i just lost my money for nothing. Also the customer service will never answer your questions and messages. Its a shame really since the product seems pretty good if you manage to get lucky and actually recieve it
