Lovely and soft harness, adjustable, material is nice beige cord, my pup isn’t bothered when it’s on, the lead has a good length on it, overall I’m very happy with it.

I got a harness and lead from the Clover collection of which I have to add this is the second time round we love them that much. They are hard wearing and wash up fantastic would 100% recommend Kennie & Co as a go too

Won’t be ordering from here again. First order took 6 standard days to reply, despite being charged £2.99 for 2-4 days standard delivery. Second order has hit 7 standard days since ordering and it’s still not with the courier for shipping. The products are fine, nothing special compared to what’s on the market. But the customer service and delays in shipping are appalling.

I love the look of the products as well as the quality. Also the care taken with the delivery of your goods. The styles are lovely and the fits are great for my mini dax. Highly recommend.

Placed an order on 30th September. After a week asked when this would be despatched. Took until 14th October for them to finally reply to my email advising what I ordered was out of stock (still showed in stock on website at that time) offered a different product or refund. I asked for a refund. This took 4 weeks with no contact inbetween.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive, despite me paying a shipping cost. Just couldn’t be bothered to dispatch, no urgency at all.
When the harness arrived the sizing was all wrong, so I contacted them to ask to exchange for a different size. No phone number, only an email. Had no response. Emailed again a few days later, no response. Now I’m stuck with a harness that doesn’t fit, out of pocket and they won’t even acknowledge my email. Really terrible customer service, will never use or recommend this company again

Easy purchase process from start to finish, plenty of designs to choose from and really great quality. Delivery was fast. Would highly recommend.

fit perfectly, I bought 2 medium sized harnesses for my lhasa apso dogs and they fit them both perfectly and look amazing on!!

I emailed the company to enquire about an exchange but never had a reply which I think is not great. I have sent the item back with a note hoping they will exchange but not holding by breath.

I had tried several XS and S harnesses for our new Daschund pup but he grew out of them all really quickly and they tended to be too large on the body but would be far too close to chafing under the arms. A lady in a pet shop said I needed to buy one especially made for Dachshunds so a google search later and I found Kennie and Co. I immediately found one I liked and purchased the Teddy harness. I would also have liked it in blue but unfortunately that’s out of stock. I’ll keep checking back though. It’s so easy to put on and a perfect fit and also has some growing room via the adjustable straps. It looks lovely too.

After not receiving my order I received an email from Kennie&co appolgising that my order had been lost in transit and have promised a refund and a new dog harness

We love our new harness. Soft and comfortable for our little sausage and the colour compliments her markings. We’ve tried so many which rub her little knuckles, and thankfully this one doesn’t.

We bought this harness for our little miniature dachshund Richmond! He was getting a rash under his armpits from his old harness, but this one doesn’t rub! He looks cute too and it’s obviously comfortable for him! And a fab price! Will be ordering again!
