Found them on the web, rang them up to check some details. Received the correct product first time at a great price. Can't fault their service or speedy turnaround.

These people quoted over the phone were helpful in the day and stuck with the price quoted and the time they said the job would be done by.

Fixed a towbar to our car, job completed exactly at time stated and very satisfactory. A most pleasant person to deal with, would have no hesitation in returning if other work needed doing.

Kens Autos initially fixed a problem I was having with my car by replacing the timing chain. After a few months the engine started making the same noise, I took it back to Kens Autos and they were very quick to rectify the issue. Would recommend them to anyone!

Being a novice caravaner, I ordered what the caravan dealer told me to and assumed that it what was fitted and I paid for. Not true - I did not receive what I asked for and am waiting for a response as to how this will be fixed. As a result, even if the correct fitting is done, I will not be recommending this company to friends. Very disappointed as it has put a bit of a damp squib on my first caravan experience.

Just had towbar fitted to car and a new whitter 3 bike carrier.

Excellent service really pleased with the product as so much more secure than the conventional carriers that are held on with "string".

Very pleased with the service, especially as they put the bike rack together and showed me how to use and threw in the number plate... great value-add.

Various options discussed, this advice was good, installation carried out in timescale and very pleased with end product. Good value for money.

Having trouble getting a towbar, got a difficult car model, where the electrics are,nt straight forward. Get turned down by the bigger companies, worry not. The bigger company recommended Kens Autos, so what better recommendation do you need. The service was A1, we had it booked in the same week, the price was fair, and the work excellent quality.

Suggested suitable easy to use towbar and fitted promptly.
There were some difficulties due to a conflict with my new car electrics and those in the caravan which meant that the sensor normally fitted to the car to sense voltage drop and only switch on the fridge when towing and allow 12V caravan electrics to work from car battery when engine off would not work properly.
This was sorted by fitting a split charge relay-now works perfectly.
Nothing was too much trouble for them
