I needed a towbar fitting at short notice. I was lucky they had one to fit my car in stock and was able to get it fitted the same day.

Had a towbar fitted, price was excellent and work was completed on time. very happy with the service. thank you.

Had a car key made which wouldn't start the car. When I took it back I was refused a refund and told I would need to pay another £75 for a working key. Definitely would not use them again. Never had such awful customer service

Excellent customer service and as efficient as I remember it from 20 years ago.

The clutch on my car was on its way out. Called up Ken autos in kenley to get the job done. Got quoted a pretty decent price. They even picked up my car and dropped it back to my house. Even when the petrol ran out they filled up my tank with a £10. I mean which garage does that. None that I have ever been to. I will defiantly be coming back to ken autos and recommending my friends. Can I just say that Costa the manager is amazing polite and obviously loves his job. All I can say is the service was quintessential. Thank you Ken Autos

Having had three tow bars fitted here in the past to various cars I had no hesitation in going back to have one fitted to my 5 series BMW.
They always do a fantastic professional job at a very reasonable price.
Dropped the car off at the prearranged time and was told it would be ready for collection at 2.30 pm. Sure enough it was completed dead on time.So if you are looking for the same friendly, professional attention then look no further than Kens.

Having decided we wanted a tow bar mounted bike rack, we went into the shop on Carlton Road. Had a good talk with a knowledgeable person covering the types of tow bars and cycle racks. No pressure. Had a look on the Internet and could have got the cycle rack cheaper, but decided to go to Ken's for the tow bar and rack for convenience and service. The tow bar was fitted as agreed and when we collected the car everything was explained and checked.

I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. The towbar was fitted as arranged and within the stated timescale. I have used this company several times and have found their work to be of a high standard.

I had no time so never met the guy but communicated really effectively through email,phone and what's app ,I left my car ion the street I was advised and collected next day after the job was done. Paid on phone when the job was done. Happy with the service.
