Had a detachable towbar fitted to Kia Sorento. Very well informed about the process and visibility of bumper cuts. Work carried out on time and looks very neat (far neater than other examples I have seen on other cars of this model). Operation of mechanism carefully explained.
Beat all other quotes on price.

I had upgrade lights on my BMW from standart to xenon and LED angel eyes .
The staff was very kind and helpful, i was told and explained everything before my visit they were very correct on time and even quicker with the job done.
They promised me that the result will be good , i can tell that the result is amazing , i am the happiest driver now after 17pm probably on the road . Kens auto spares recently fitted a TowTrust towbar to my RR Evoque. Tahir was very helpful and keen to ensure that he won our business, and the team carried out a neat installation with no complications. Cutting the bumper was avoided which was a bonus. We were sent photos of the job on completion prior to collection. All in all very happy with the job.

Booked online but found when at the shop that the system wasn't perfect and I wasn't getting my job done for a few hours later than promised via the website. Having said that it was ready at the adjusted time, was a neat job done (rear parking sensors) and I thought a reasonable price paid. From ordering the night before the job was done the next afternoon by 2.00pm.

This is the second time I have had a tow-bar fitted at Ken's and both experiences were equally good: polite, helpful and quick to respond.

Cannot recommend them highly enough - a great job done and great value for money. Will certainly be using them again!

I recently needed a tow bar fitted, so rang Kens, Carlton Rd and got an incredibly helpful man on the phone. He spent about 15 minutes talking me through the various options. I decided to book my car in with them and didn't even shop around elsewhere, so pleased was I with his advice. They did the job for me shortly afterwards and have continued to be helpful throughout the process.
I would highly recommend Ken's and will be taking my car to them for other things I need like servicing, MOT, etc.

Had a tow bar fitted here on my new car. The guy was really helpful on the phone beforehand, explaining options and prices. Booked me in, which was followed up with a reminder e mail and details of location etc. Even had details of things I could do locally while the car was being done.
Price was rasonable.
Only slight niggle was that the appointment was for 2 hours and when I arrived I was told it would take 4. That said, I would prefer them to take their time and get it right rather than rush it.
I've used the tow bar to take the caravan to Devon and back and it worked perfectly.

I'd been looking for removable tow bar for a while and rang 3 companies for quotes, and my local garage. The lads at Ken's rang me a couple of times to see if I really was happy with what the work would entail (i.e. a cut in the lower panels of the body work). Now normally I might be slightly irritated by this level of call-back, but given that not one of the other (including my usual garage) had called me back, this time I was reassured.

Everyone (including me) was in a bit of a rush when it came to picking up the car, as it was rush hour and whilst I was taken through the removal and replacement, but as a newbie to tow-bars I forgot to ask some key questions. A couple of days later I realised I wasn't happy and comfortable with using the tow bar, so I rang them. No messing about or quibbling, they just said to bring it back in and they'd have a look. They even squeezed me in at my convenience. It ended up being a small matter related to my ignorance of tow bars and sorted really quickly.

The tow bar was fitted and advice on bicycle carrier given in a well informed, patient but not patronising manner. These guys want you to have the right equipment for your needs and are good at understanding. There price is comparable with everyone else's. I would use Ken's Auto again , definitely.

Car need a Service, MOT, earth faults giving false diagnostics and problems with car riding low.

These guys fixed it all. Kept me informed all the way. Excellent service and quality of the workmanship. I will be back.

My partner and I purchased batri bikes from Kens autos. We found the staff at Kens really helpful and informative. Test driving the bikes was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending a batri bike electric bike. They are absolutely brilliant and put a big smile on your face whenever you ride( even on big hills, so easy with power assist.) Anyone considering an electric bike should go to Kens autos and have a test ride.

Expert product advice,flexible & friendly service, quality job at best price in town. What's not to like?

I had been scouring the internet for a part being in touch with several companies who were not very helpful. I came across Kens Auto E.bay page and got in touch with them via Doctor Car...I spoke with a lovely lady called Julee and she did everything in her power to get me the part and sent it immediately....Both Kens Auto and Doctor Car deserve a 10 out of 10 for their business profesionalism...thanx Julee.

My wife and I were dealt with by Taher who explained everything thoroughly and recommended a change to the original type of Witter towball more suited to what we needed.
Everything was dealt with efficiently and it was all fitted on time and he explained perfectly how to use the bike rack we bought from him.
We even got a small discount and free number plate in with the deal.

My only regret is not reading the reviews before and opting for a different local company first to purchase a towbar and cycle carrier, which resulted in three weeks of wasted effort. Kens have gone out of there way to ensure my fitting time was met and have kept me informed all the way, even to the point of giving me an upgrade to a different cycle carrier wasn't available and a little discount thrown in. I would not hesitate in using them again based on my first visit, the car was ready ahead of schedule and the carrier is about to go on its maiden voyage....cheers guys very impressed
