I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Kensington Mint and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I’ve been a customer of Kensington Mint for a while now and I’ve always been satisfied with my service. But my last order was outstanding. I received my package and I started opening it and was pleased with how nice it looked then, I opened the box and WOW the presentation box was amazing it blew my mind. For me it could have been anything inside that box was just so perfect and obviously my purchase inside was awesome but it was the presentation that really made me happy. Thank you to Alex and the team for their hard work in putting all this together, thank you David

I ordered a triple coin set from this company after a long phone call from one of their salesman. I believe his name was James.
The coins were not worth the £1999 payable in 3 installments of £666.33 so I called them to return the items. The adviser told me that he would call me back after 15 minutes after speaking to the back office. He never did so I chased again after 2 hours and spoke to Charlie who apologised and agreed that the item would be picked up by Royal Mail which was received the next day as I received email confirmation it had. They said it will be looked at to see it is in the same condition as I received it and then the refund would be sent back of £666.33. It eventually came back to me after a wait.
I thought this was the end of it until I checked my bank account only to find that the £666.33 had been taken out for, no doubt the second installment. They didn't even cancel this so now I am short of money to pay my bills on the 1st of the month unless the monies come back to me!!
This is a nightmare company who call you constantly by harassing you to buy their rare coins at a price higher than Royal Mint would sell them for and then when you want to return an item, they don't return calls quickly or don't bother calling you back at all. This is the second time I had an issue returning an item but this is the first time they have retaken monies that don't belong to them!! I have emailed Charlie Starks , the so called Operations Manager to tell him to reverse the taken monies and ensure it is in my bank account on Monday and I don't care how he does it!!
I won't be buying from this company again after putting so much stress and inconvenience upon me!!
Charlie has responded to my email and has refunded the monies today as requested and that will be the end of our relationship forever!

Absolutely superb service, had an initial problem of my packing going missing however it was quickly resolved and replaced. Excellent communication and will be using them again 👏

what a crap site they dont tell you the price of the coins but want your phone number so they can harrass you with phone calls.

I have had several coin sets from the Kensington Mint recently, they are a a Wonderful set of World War 2 coins.
The presentation box is of exceptional quality and shows the collection off extremely well.
I am delighted with the products that I have received, the delivery times are also very fast.

I talked to Alex today about my order of the queen's coronation coin set . And he was way more then help full to help resolve my issue all I wanted was to be told it was coming. But we went out of his way to see that my order in question is shipped immediately and that he would see to it himself. He couldn't apologise enough ( he didn't have to ) . And he assured me for my trouble that I will be given credit for my late order of his own back . I can't thank him enough. I couldn't wish for better . Thanks again Alex

Do touch this company you will pay over price for the coin do not listen to the sales person because they tell you the coins are rare but you can order them from royal mint for a quarter of the price do not oay them from these people just had my coins value they are worth a quarter of what I brought them for be careful

I ordered coins for this company and gave a poor review due to not understanding how the company works so I would now like to retract my previous review of the company. It worked out that I received the coins I ordered and they were in perfect condition. Thanks

Ordered some coins for a Christmas present for my nephew on the 12/12/2023, they arrived on the 12/01/2024. Because it never arrived before Christmas my sister bought the coins from another company and received them in 48hrs . Now I have been trying to contact Kensington mint for almost a week with no reply to my emails or phone calls until today that is. I now find out that I have to pay for the return of the coins which must be insured. That is pure BS and I am writing this to help prevent other people getting caught out by this company.

Ordered my collection of coins after a call from the mint representative this was for my husband 14 days before Christmas I was reasured it would be here before Christmas, I'm still waiting 1st payment taken , we have been away on holiday and still no coins , son and daughter in law where home all Christmas. Now getting worried that I have been scammed
