The installers were helpful, innovative in laying the floor beneath the IKEA bookshelves by chopping off a bit of the bookcase so that the flooring was seamless.

I recently had a floor repair and refinishing done in my apartment and would recommend them without hesitation. They have specialized crews for leveling and installation, sanding and finishing and each of them are at the top of their game. Our carpets were ruined by a flood. Kensington Flooring came to measure up promptly, the quote was very reasonable and, after several months of drying out and redecorating, two competent young men arrived and laid the new carpet beautifully. Very pleased.

Very personal and attentive service! I am a first time home owner and did all of my carpet selection over the phone during Jan/Feb 2021 - the depths of lockdown. Couldn’t go into the store but Les made it very easy with phone consultations and sent me lots of samples. He also advised me on the brands for my price point. Installation was beautiful and they were quick to rectify one issue caused by a broken floorboard underneath. The carpets look beautiful!

Amazing service by the two chaps who came 2-9pm to fix our carpet. They worked super hard, the fitting was impeccable and they worked super hard to finish despite it being so late. Aaron and his colleague - sorry can’t remember his name - was exemplary. Can’t praise them highly enough.

The service at The Kensington Flooring Company has been great from the first moment we spoke with Les about floor options, to ordering the floor and the installation. We are so pleased with the end result. It looks beautiful and the guys who installed the floor have really done a fantastic job. Even when the doors had to be cut down a little for the door bars, everything was organised quickly so that the job was finished as swiftly as possible. Thank you to everyone involved.
