Yolanda made my experience delightful. She has the patience of a saint. No question I asked was blown off and I know I ask the same question many times. She was just a pleasure to work with. I look forward to returning and picking more pieces out with her.

Our salesperson was Steve and he made our experience shopping for new furniture very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and courteous. It's because of people like Steve , that we continue to come back to Kensington Furniture !

I was happy with the sales lady but I didn’t know I had to pay for my old bed to be taken out if I didn’t have health issues I would have dispose it myself but it’s worth having to pay to make it easier on me a 73 years old senior citizen I can’t wait for the bed to be delivered it should make my back feel better

Visiting Kensington furniture was a great experience. We were greeted and serviced by an outstanding sales manager. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the choosing of a mattress. He listened and paid attention to detail when responding to our needs. He was outstanding.

Lissett!! She made our experience great. Great store with lots of options . It was our first visit to Kensington . We'll be back.
We popped in as we were driving by after visiting a few stores and Barb was really great and helped us with a few scenarios. She made the experience very easy! Looking forward to coming back to finish up some other rooms!

Our Alliance Paradigm RV has Kensington Collection Living room furniture. In about 18 months after we purchased our RV, the recliners are fraying, the fake leather is splitting, the buttons to recline the chair started heating up due to an electrical issue. Such poor quality. It looks like H**L! RV furniture is so overpriced and terrible quality. I'll need to replace these but will look to residential furniture to replace these.

Purchased a couch in 2018, I was given a new couch in 2019 hoping to resolve the problem. This couch is still full of issues... poor stitching, pillows were flat with hardly any use (by the way I was not sent the correct pillows) couch spreads apart even when hooked together, the fabric of the couch constantly looks wrinkled. I am very disappointed that I was guaranteed the issue would be resolved. It’s not resolved and I’m going to have to purchase another couch shortly because this couch is nothing but disappointing.
Wanted to go to local business to support them. This was the worse experience I have ever had. Ordered furniture in August 2019 as of today February 17, 2020 we have still not received the full order. Have been lied to by Mark Grossman the entire time.
Purchased a dining set January 2019. It was delivered end of February. Table had a crack. Was told use this one and a new one will be ordered. After many calls and many lies to me, I am still waiting. It is now December. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The furniture was $900.00 and paid for in cash. This is not the way to treat people. I trusted and believed them. Dont make the same mistake as me.
The Kensington Furniture adventure started with us 4 months ago. My wife saw a beautiful, colorful furniture set that fit our family room perfectly. It has been 17 years since we purchased any serious piece of furniture so this was not a decision taken lightly. Many hours hours of shopping and discussing with shop personnel and myself. I do not know where to start except that we are now almost 4 months from our original purchase date and do not have our full set of furniture. It has been the worst customer service experienced of our lives. We moved around this country... lived in different countries... with better experiences then what we have experienced the past 16 weeks. So here is the short of it:
- 5/25/19 - Furniture decision made and ordered.
- 6/15/19 - Told furniture in and ready for delivery. Perfect.
- 6/27/19 - Furniture delivered at our request on this date. Only 2 of 3 pieces were correct. Chaise was missing. Was never ordered. THE BEGINNING OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVENTURE.
Since 6/27/19 my wife has had no less ten 20 phones calls (all documented) and 10 hours (yes... that is right... 10 hours of phone time... all documented... her hourly rate is worth more then twice the price of the furniture we PAID for) trying to get the last piece of furniture. She has spoken at length to Michelle, Mark and Suzanne over 20 times with no resolve. They managed to return calls 4 times... ever. Each time was like starting from the beginning again. Have not had a single return call form them in four weeks.
We are into the third week of September. No contact with Kensington in two weeks.
Very happy with the service provided by Kensington Furniture as always, Thank you.
We had a positive experience with this store. We had a very good salesman, Dan Barclay, who spent a lot of time with us. Initially, we bought 5 pieces of furniture. They came in at different times because we had special fabric put on and they came from different manufacturers. Each time I called with questions , I usually talked to Allotio or Josh and they were very pleasant. Had a problem with one of the swivel gliders, but that was resolved by having a new base put on.
We returned mid - August to look at another end table. Dan came to the house to make sure it would fit and helped us with proper Arrangement of furniture, we then ordered the table which should come in a couple of weeks.
