We had a positive experience with this store. We had a very good salesman, Dan Barclay, who spent a lot of time with us. Initially, we bought 5 pieces of furniture. They came in at different times because we had special fabric put on and they came from different manufacturers. Each time I called with questions , I usually talked to Allotio or Josh and they were very pleasant. Had a problem with one of the swivel gliders, but that was resolved by having a new base put on.
We returned mid - August to look at another end table. Dan came to the house to make sure it would fit and helped us with proper Arrangement of furniture, we then ordered the table which should come in a couple of weeks.

I would like to thank Mr. Grossman for the great deal and the quality furniture I recently bought and received. The bedroom set we purchased was not in their stock, but we had seen it online and in another overpriced local furniture store. Kensington had matched the price I had received online, and blew away the local store price by far. All I had to do was ask for a better price. Also, the delivery service was amazingly and refreshingly professional. Give them a chance and I'm sure you'll be completely satisfied as we are, they will make sure of that.

The product is not bad, but I hate the slow delivery and really don't like the sevice they gave.

I have been waiting for 5 hours for my delivery. I was given a window of 1-4 and when I called at 415 they said the driver would be here before 6. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I thought since I had such a pleasant experience when I purchased my couch that I would return to Kensington. After this delivery experience I will not shop their again.

Great staff, from salespeople to warehouse crew!! Everybody was full of energy and an eagerness to help without being pushy. Loved that I actually sat on my outdoor furniture
I was told it would be ready for pick up in 3 weeks and was extremely excited when it arrived in 9 days.

Dan was very helpful! Ordered a pair of lamps for me because only one was on the floor. Added a discount. Felt like a VIP.

We have nothing short of excellent service every time we come in to shop at Kensington. Jerry is absolutely fabulous!

The truck pulled in our driveway when they said they would arrive. The drivers were friendly and very efficient. They quickly put our furniture together, helped us move the old sofa out of the house, took all of the trash with them and even presented me with a rose on Mother's Day along with a gift card. It does not get much better than that.

Perfect from shopping to delivery! We love our new sectional! Dan is fantastic. Our delivery was ontime and wonderful! The delivery team was careful not to touch anything while bringing it in. We LOVE Kensington!
