DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE

DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE BEFORE READING THIS!!

A local business that lies in their customer responses to complaint.

I recently called Kent Automotive for a quote on replacing the heater hoses, upper and lower radiator hoses, and the serpentine belt on my vehicle. To my surprise, the estimate they gave me was over $400 more than the quote I received from the Infiniti dealership. That’s a pretty big difference—especially considering dealerships are usually the more expensive option.

As a middle-class, working individual, I’ve always believed that local auto shops are supposed to offer a more affordable, honest alternative. That’s what I hoped to find with Kent Automotive. Instead, I was left scratching my head, wondering how a neighborhood mechanic could charge more than a luxury automotive dealership.

I really wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately, the pricing just didn’t make sense. If you’re shopping around for repair quotes, make sure to compare—because you might be surprised where the better deal comes from.
