Autokauf bei Firma Esser, Alsdorf. Ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Die Kommunikation mit Sales Manager Nathan M. verläuft zäh. Infos/Antworten kommen generell im Konjunktiv. Rückrufe erfolgen nicht. Zusagen werden nicht eingehalten. Emails nicht beantwortet. Der als makellos zugesicherte Ferrari hat Kratzer im Leder, die auf den Verkaufsfotos mit dem Sicherheitsgut verdeckt wurden und wird innen wie außen verschmutzt übergeben. Vermutlich war es das Auto, das ich gekauft habe, mit K€ 350 nicht wert, dass ich „Premium“ (siehe Firmennamen) behandelt werde. Ich rate sehr deutlich von einem Online Kauf bei Firma Esser ab.
