I'll describe my experience with the store itself rather than the products they sell. I'm very pleased with how quickly the products arrive after placing my order. So far, all packages have arrived undamaged, so the company clearly protects them well during shipping.

I've had limited experience with the products so far, but my experience has been generally positive. I usually choose products from at least the nano-x series, which are considered premium.

I was looking for a new tripod, and the K&F Concepts Tripod looked perfect for what I needed. I saw it on other websites, where it was quite pricey. At first I was surprised to find the prices on kentfaith's website, as they were much lower. I decided to take a chance, and it was worth it! The package arrived very quickly, and it was the exact tripod I wanted for far less than on third party sites. I have been using it since and it's fantastic! Great quality for a great price!

I purchased a K&F Concept tripod a year or two back. While the construction is solid, the allen screws work loose regularly and the legs jam up easily. An email to K&F to complain went unanswered.

I ordered an Engraver as a Christmas gift for a friend who had recently started cutting interesting craft shapes from timber. I was so disappointed when he opened it and tried to engrave on some soft pine. Though the pen shaped holder seems to work ok, it appears that the 'free' heads that come with it are not up to scratch. It is very difficult and tedious to try to make a controlled mark.

After much toing and froing, Customer Service eventually refunded my payment. I appreciate that.

I suggest that the company take a very hard look at their quality control.

It was delivered fast(3 days) with accurate tracking. The magnetic screw ring was neatly packed. I also got some discount for some points I earned on earlier purchases. A very nice experience(again). I like Ken Faith, reliable and good value for your money!

Neutral Experience

The product did not fully meet my expectations, but the matter was ultimately resolved. Communication took some time, and the process required follow-up, but a solution was eventually reached.

Overall, an average experience — not bad, but there is room for improvement in product clarity and after-sales handling.

Having recently upgraded my photographic equipment I am pleased to find excellent quality accessories for reasonable prices. I would recommend their filters and back pack and looking forward to purchasing one of their tripods.

They have great tripods and lens filters my go to forr most gear!

Ordered on 3rd January. Tracking says it has been delivered but it has not arrived. No response from K&F when I have emailed to let them know the issue.

Update: it has now arrived. The product seems good, but I am dissapointed with the tracking confusion and the worry this caused.

I'm a amateur/hobby photographer, so my review probably only applies to hobby level photographers, as far as judging equipment quality. I've been pleased with my purchases from Kentfaith and they seem to be a good balance between quality and affordability. I've purchased lens filters, a tripod and some other accessories. All the purchases have been smooth, easy and without issues. Based on my experience, I no reservations about purchasing from Kentfaith again in the future.

Amazing products! I bought a tripod and black diffusion lens. They were perfect for my project. A good investment that will last me for years.

Kentfaith products are awesome: well built, solid, reliable and well priced. There's plenty of useful filters, adapters, batteries and all sort of photography equipment which you can rely on to improve your photos and videos. 100% recommended.

Filters bought are good quality. Easy to order from their site and swift delivery.

Missing items. They split the delivery and only delivered half. Then said it was all in the same delivery, Took it up with PayPal but they were unable to do anything as they had been provided with proof of delivery. Awful company to deal with.

After leaving this review. They sent the other half of the delivery.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Their refund policy and way to refund is a joke. Asking you to return the product as a lower value to avoid declaring and paying duties. As well as doing everything and anything to avoid a refund - partial refund ($30 aud) or in vouchers.

Would never use again! Save yourself the hassle
