good purchasing experience , no hassle

Absolutely awesome company to deal with. I have a bunch of their filters for my cameras and a couple of tripods too... Recently i had an accident with one of my tripods, and with just a couple of messages their support resolved my issue, only had to pay for shipping for the spare parts.... I'd definitely recommend them to any of my photographers friends.

The product I ordered was delivered quickly. The quality is top notch. It fits my camera perfectly. The filters are very good quality and deliver great image results.

I have been buy products from this company for two year, and have nothing but great things to say about them. What I really question is why the competition sells the same product for so much more money? The KF filters and other products are first class.

I own lots of adapters from these guys never failed me highly recommend.

The quality of Kent Faith products are very good. The optical quality of their filters is outstanding, and they are very well priced. The tripod is great, but lends itself to be easily scratched.

Absolutely crazy, stress inducing process. 1/3 of the products turned up, and the time I spent chasing and freaking out and getting bad stuff mid-deadline was terrifying, just go into a legit store and buy what you need. Not worth it.

I have several tripods, big and small, always great equipment, great service. They are my go-to items for my streaming service.
Sturdy, great design, easy to carry

I purchased a Kentfaith tripod and a fluid head for it. It is light, portable and very good quality. My son and I love it and took it overseas (Antarctica & South America) and it was perfect for the job. I recommend these products highly.

I was very happy with the customer service from Kenfaith. I requested info on filter combinations I wanted to work together and the customer service department made some great reccomendations which work very well for me. Thank you KF, great service and great products.

Never had any single problem with their products. I shoot analog and their UV filters protect my lenses perfectly, also I tried their cleaning kit and I’m very satisfied.

Kentfaith seems to me to be a company who has the budget minded consumer in mind, such as myself. In the past several years I have purchased a tripod and different filters and have been very satisfied with their products.
If your on a tight budget I can say my purchases and their customer service have been very good👍.

I'm always very pleased with how the company operates. Fast delivery. Excellent customer support. The product is completely worth the price. I really like the gift lens cleaning wipes. I use them for my glasses too.

We bought a camera for our daughter, and it is the poorest build quality, 1990 ish interface, lousy screens and with a horrible loudspeaker that sounds like something from a 1 dollar toy.
All is shipped from China, and to return you have to ship back to China and wish for luck. Don’t buy!

I am extremely upset with my purchase. I bought the 8K GW41.0165S1 camera, and the image quality is very poor; the photos are always blurry.
This camera was intended as a gift, and I have received no response from customer service so far. Refund or not, I simply want to return this defective product.
The return policy is predatory and leaves customers powerless, even when the product is covered by an extended warranty.

I've bought not for the first time from K&F. This time it was a filter, which has a good quality. The item was fast delivered and i'm happy with this. There is no problem with this product !
So i give 5* to K&F

I am extremely upset with my order , the package came ruined , inside was soaking wet , the box just fell apart. The camera was all wet and smelt like mould. The camera quality is absolutely shocking. Have reached out to company with no reply

I recently bought the 1.5m Carbon Fibre lightweight travel tripod from Kentfaith. It was very competitively priced, arrived promptly, and I'm delighted with it! It really is so easy to carry around: so compact and light, but also pretty sturdy. It has a hook I can hang weight from when I need extra stability (I do quite a bit of astrophotography) which really helps. A well thought out and well made piece of kit!
