This Company is just plainly DISHONEST.
I purchased an item - received a very garbled confirmation of purchase - and that was it.
It was up to me to follow up whether it had been sent - which they confirmed that it had been - no tracking supplied! Then, upon non-receipt, a tracking number was sent - showing delivery to a completely different address!
When I raised this with kentfaith, they then said they would follow up with the courier to see if they had confirmation of delivery to me - implying that I am lying (like ALBO). When revisiting the courier tracking, the tracking number (two different numbers given) do not appear anymore!!

Response from kentfaith is just plainly dishonest as well.
The tracking clearly showed that the parcel was NOT delivered to my address - went to Nambour PC! Saying otherwise is FALSE!.
I did receive the resend. Have returned it under tracking to the address they provided. It will be interesting to see what is refunded.

I am very enthusiastic about the items delivered. So far, I can recommend everything.
The delivery also went smoothly.

I purchased the 68''/1.7m Carbon Fiber Tripod Professional Camera Tripod Capacity 16KG/35.2lbs with 36mm Metal Ball Head Load X284C4+BH-36.
This is a really well constructed tripod, with super sturdy legs. Great design, with a practical carry bag. Very fast delivery as well. This is keenly priced, and I cannot fault it. Buy with confidence.

Their website is extremely user friendly. I have ordered a ND filter and a carbon fiber tri-pod from them and love both pf them! The quality of both of the items are amazing. The tri-pod is very well built and works amazing. Will definitely order from them again!

I had a negative experience with my purchase missing and Kentfaith resend my item.

I have been very happy with the UV filter. It is installed on my Canon 200-800 mm lens. Some filters will not permit the lens hood to be installed, but the Kentfaith filter fits very well and permits the lens hood installation.

My first shopping experience at Kenfaith.fr and everything went perfectly. I recommend this retailer and their website.

Ordered a rangefinder and didn’t realise I’d actually ordered two by mistake. The returns is a joke. They offer you a very poor amount and say you can keep the item as the cost of sending back would be far greater. After several emails back and forward I did accept a partial refund as I was on a hiding to nothing to get all my money back. Lesson learned. And yes, it was an error in my ordering but poor all the same

The company offers amazing products for photographers. I decided to buy a filter for me Lumix S5ii and love the follow up of their customer service. The combination polarizer/ ND filter is the best. My pictures are so much better than the ones without the filter. They come alive.

Based on my experience, this is a pure lie, a misrepresentation, and false advertising. You make returns so difficult that it is impossible to return a product. I would advise potential clients not to use KenFaith to purchase photography equipment.

Your "No Risk Return" policy presents three significant risks when returning a product:

1 - You have to pay USPS more than 25% of the value of the product, because you do not want to provide a label or link to access your carrier.

2 - You ask us to make false declarations to customs in order to avoid paying duties to Chinese Customs.  You have a website that presents itself as "American," so you should not ask customers to defraud customs authorities.  In any case, asking a customer to defraud customs in writing is unacceptable for a reputable commercial company.

3 - If I declare 20$ value to customs as you recommend, the product is not properly insured for the return. The client is taking an unacceptable risk in case of loss of the package.

The way I was poorly treated shows that you are in total violation of the values and mission statement you display on your website. You also gave a BS story about Ken, but you never had the honesty to say that you are based in China and that you ship products from China. For this reason, it is impossible to return products purchased in China. There is no comparison between the service provided by Amazon, Walmart, or Adorama and your very poor service.

Kentfaith has the best balance between price and quality.

Good poduct quality for a reasonable price.
