I am dealing with this company for quite a long time, I have several products and in almost 3 years didnt have any kind of issues whatsoever. In fact I had some question about one of their adaptors and received the answer quite fast. The quality of the product is good considering the very attractive prices. Overall, a good experience with K&F.

Go to K&F Concept.
I did a Google for this company and they stated they had a UK phone and the email is co.uk but they are not at all in the uk but in China.
They also have no phone number at all in the UK let alone even one listed in China.
Wasted hours with this company and got nowhere at all. I gave a full account of what had happened and they could not even work out who I was. Now 3 weeks later they ask for information so they now have two order numbers.
They have had them for months now and still wasting more time, yet again.
Yet another mail from them confirming their lack of understanding of English. They have worn me out now I have have wasted weeks getting nowhere.

Kent Faith has more than 10000 SKUs, in order to effectively improve the transportation time, most products will be shipped from overseas warehouses, but sometimes due to increased sales/seasonal demand may cause short-term stockouts, so will be shipped from China, but pls no worries, we chose the fastest shipping service.

Excellent support for a 2.5 year old product
I recently contacted them to see if my two and a half year old tripod could be repaired.
I honestly thought it was going to be dumped as one leg started sticking a while back. The support people quickly diagnosed the problem and sent out the replacement parts that were needed to resolve the issue. The parts were supplied free of charge, I just had to pay for postage so I bought a mic kit that I was thinking of getting to spread the cost.
I'd definitely recommend them
