Shop makes mistake, customer has to pay return shipment
I ordered a ND filter just to discover that it didn't suite my purpose. I canceled th order in which case I should receive a full refund, if the cancellation happens before shipment. Well, it did well before shipment. However, the filter was shipped. 2 hrs later I receive an apology. Now they expect me to pay for the return shipment. Sorry, this is outragous !
Absolutely worst customer service…
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
The representative for the U.S. online store was away for two weeks in February due to the Lunar New Year holiday, yet there was no notice on the website indicating that significant delays should be expected. During that time, I needed to modify my order and emailed before the items shipped. Instead of addressing my request or issuing a refund, the order was shipped late — despite clear communication that I no longer wanted or needed the items.
To make matters worse, I was then told I would be responsible for return shipping costs, which appears to contradict the company’s own stated policies. One of the items received was a broken, second-hand tripod. All of this occurred right before an important trip and major shoot, which I had specifically informed them about in advance.
I am now left tracking multiple packages that have not all arrived. Despite this, the seller reportedly informed PayPal that the full order had been delivered, citing only one tracking number when there were actually three separate shipments. This has added unnecessary stress and complications at an already critical time.
The overall lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
We strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere to avoid similar frustration and inconvenience.
Luckily, we've found a professional local supplier who handles customer service beautifully. Avoid Kentfaith.

This company makes inferior products hoping you’ll spend money on their gear instead of a reputable manufacturer with proper gear which might carry a heftier price tag. Because if you’re going from a novice photographer to a more well rounded you’ll wanna up your game. But a sub $200 geared tripod head sounds more appealing than a Manfrotto 410 or 405.
But if you follow the buy one cry once mantra, you’d never touch K&F concepts inferior products.
Hope that makes sense.

Product is ok but the company obviously sources lots of products from the far east. This was annoying because there was no mention of the delayed delivery time when the item was ordered. I only found out after the purchase was made and my money was taken that the product would not be delivered for a while. I have no problem with items being made in a different country.
It would be useful for the company to give an estimated delivery time before the purchase is made.

Pretty seamless ordering experience, tracking was helpful on my order and products are of surprisingly great quality at some very good pricing.
Specifically, the Nano-X version of the K&F Black Mist filters in my opinion out-perform and look better—cleaner light flares and a smoother effect with similar build quality—than the Tiffen version of the same filter at significantly less than half the price. (EDIT AUG 2023: So good in fact that I just ordered more in a different size for my B cam kit to match!)
