Do NOT order from this store
I ordered and received a vibrator from this store. Shipping was expensive and slow but it did show up 8 days after ordering. However, the item simply would not charge - at all. I couldn't review the actual item because IT DOESN'T WORK.
That is not my complaint, though. Obviously, there is no point in owning a vibrator that doesn't vibrate, so I contacted the store about returning it for a refund and that's as far as I have been able to get for the past 3 weeks. No one has gotten back to me or even acknowledged my emails. I am out $62 dollars and it is becoming evident that XOX toys couldn't care less. They specifically state to not return the product to the manufacturer but at this point, I see no other option.
If the worst customer service (i.e. non-existent), is your thing, then go ahead and give them the business. Otherwise, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Buy from anywhere other than here.
