Hi had the misfortune of being represented by Kanchana De Silva he was rude unprofessional and unprepared, he pushed me into using an expensive barrister as they could not find one? I’ve been completely let down by this firm, I would never recommend them again!

We used Charlotte Parker for a leasehold sale. She was by far the most proactive, pragmatic and efficient conveyancer we have ever used. Would whole heartedly recommend as usually we come away from a property transaction feeling complacent at how long these things take, or how slow the process or responses were. From the start I found them to be on the ball, knowledgeable and very responsive. At all times I believe they acted in my best interest. Possession on the property went all the way to the bailiffs and was still achieved start to finish in 7 months.
The only change I would suggest is to summarise a little more, and then provide the details when asked or as a follow on.

I have been a customer of Keoughs for over 14 months now. During this time the progression from a section 8 to a possession hearing was relatively straightforward. Several matters since have been brought about through complications from a difficult debtor in enforcing the courts judgement. This has been a difficult time for me due to the nature of the case and the impact on me personally. We still have a long way to go for a resolution but I have found Kanchana to be supportive, patient and diligent.
