Breach of guidelines
No order, no invoice, no communication
The business is unable to communicate clearly, it doesn't understand the basics of VAT, it looks like communicating with AI. I did not receive a receipt or invoice at all for the first order, and I after a did not receive the any info about second order at all, support stopped responding.
Will wait a few more days and request a chargeback from the payment provider.
Beware of them.

Chair out of order and they didn't REFUND!
I bought a chair on 07/29 and only later on 08/07 (when I decided to send an email asking about my purchase, as they didn't tell me anything else about shipping) did I get a response that the chair in question was OUT OF ORDER in Europe.
I already made the refund request since that day and until now (20 days) I haven't seen my money back.
BE CAREFUL doing business with this company, I DO NOT recommend it at all. I spent 200 euros on this joke.

I have been waiting for an answer for 2 months. The company does not give me an invoice. The delivery has taken over 1 month, unbelievably bad customer service.
