I haven't received my order, I have emailed several times, edit, I have now received a refund so it's resolved, but I found it hard to contact this company

Been a customer on subscription for over a year and suddenly nothing has arrived and no contact . Have tried to contact on Instagram and be email. Nothing. Disgusted with the service as payment was taken. Seems like others on here have been told the items are out of stock. Can't believe a small company would behave in this manner. Very damaging to their reputation.

Still haven’t received the order and it’s been over a week now. Poor communication and customer service. I emailed to say I have not received any updates about my order after 4 days from ordering. I was told that the item is out of stock and was offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement. Still no reply.

Keto keto are always very quick and efficient when it comes to ordering and delivery. Their products are not cheap, but are great quality and very tasty. Worth paying the extra for keto treats that actually taste good.

No problems. Ordered what I wanted. It arrived when they said it would. The Jeto bars still taste the same as previously- yummy. What more can you ask for?

Badly packed thin box with only one small piece of paper to cushion had to eat with a spoon

Coconut and cashew bar absolutely disgusting. Full of artificial sweeteners and oil.

I love this company's products they are so low in carbs yet so satisfying and yummy. When i eat the keto bars i feel full up.

Always a little concerned when buying anything Keto as never sure of the taste..but..KetoKeto Bars are just perfect, bought Cherry Bakewell & Coconut and Cashew both were delightful Defo buying these again…Nice offers on too which reduced the price at checkout…5 Stars All the way from me 👍

I've ordered several products and I'm amaziled of the flavours..I'm mostly a savory person, so I have to say how amazing the Thai sweet chilli puffs taste.
I have to be careful not to eat the whole bag in a sitting🤣

Items were as advertised, but delivery was delayed by 5 days. All the online retail companies gave me a refund, when this happened.

Recieved products that were out of date by a year!
Have now sent 3 emails and i am still waiting for any kind of response...

Delivery was really quick, maybe 1-2 days after ordering. Only tried the salt and vinegar crisps so far, but they're really tasty and full of flavour! The texture is great and they don't leave a weird aftertaste, and are overall yum!

There is no need to ask me for a review for every order I make.
Suffice it to say I am happy or I would not be ordering!!!
