Good communications, excellent deal and very speedy delivery - totally happy with the watch !

I recently used Kettle Club to fix my wife’s engagement ring. The ring came back like brand new. The whole team are extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I have also used them on a previous occasion to fix my watch strap that had come loose. It was a small job that they were only happy to do free of charge. This sort of customer service will have me coming back to them for anything f jewellery or watch related. 5 star service

Just went in for a simple watch bracelet re-size and was dealt with in a very nice friendly way. Extremely professional and they did an excellent job. They even looked after my luggage whilst I went off to have a coffee whilst they did the work. Very impressed.

Excellent service throughout. I went to KC for a battery change after being disappointed by other repairers, all of whom seek to oversell unnecessary and expensive services in addition to what you actually want or need. Kettle Club were upfront and clear about their pricing, and when the watch went to their own workshop for the new battery, when they found that a gasket needed replacing they called me immediately, explained the issue and confirmed the cost before proceeding. Their communication was great, their prices are reasonable and the service was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Honestly where to start the service received by the kettle club is second to none really top tier service! Earlier November 2025 I purchased a Rolex Rootbeer full rose 2023 and the procedure was so simple made my inquiry discussed a price and my mrs was up in the evening to collect my new watch she returned home with nothing but compliments for the gentleman in kettle club and they also walked her safely to the car would definitely be shopping with these boys again and highly recommend them thank you for the service

Purchased a 2015 Rolex Daytona 116520 from the guys at Kettle Club. Watch was as described in mint condition. Comms throughout were great and went to collect at the shop - all very quick and easy. Great watch, great price with zero fuss!

Sam is very knowledgeable and there is a good range of watches to choose from. The only issue from my perspective is communication between members of the team could be better.
