We had a very bad experience with Keukensale. We ordered in November 2021, and now they want to take the measurement again and are saying that the delivery will be in October 2022.

No upfront communication on delay, no transparency. Worst service.

I will never recommend keukensale to anyone ever!

We had a very bad experience with Keukensale. They asked for full payment before delivery and just after we did the payment they said they will not be sending the oven and counter top for another 2 months. They took the measurement twice and then too they are not sending us the countertop. We ordered in November 2021, and now they want to take the measurement again and are saying that the delivery will be in October. We are not getting any updates from them, it is when we call that they make calls to find out where our order is. Who takes one year to make a counter top?

They recommended contractor who did not finish their job, we had to fix electricity, gas, hot water and waste disposal our selves, their installation person too was not very helpful and did not fit the temporary countertop and oven properly and water drips from the gap to the floor.

I will never recommend keukensale to anyone ever!

Initially we didn't plan on buying a kitchen but their great deals won us over quite quickly, especially considering the quality materials.

We were extremely picky and we changed our minds a lot, but luckily our advisor Eva came to the rescue!
She had a lot of patience with us and suggested all sorts of ideas and possible designs/variants to perfectly fit our tastes. Everything was explained to us in perfect English as well, and 3D previews were created and shown on the computer for every change. Great conversations and experience!

A great advantage was that we could postpone our kitchen by more than a year in order to finish other construction work in the house, and they allowed us to postpone it while keeping our deals which was really nice!

One slight note is that the options are not that customizable if you are very picky, especially if you want a more classical/"non-modern" styled kitchen, but there are a lot of options to choose from especially if you want a modern/trendy style kitchen.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we look forward to enjoying our new kitchen!

My partner and I visited the Zaandam store for a new kitchen, new bathroom and a new toilet. Sander, Andre and the team were very helpful and patient in understanding our needs and putting our ideas into a design. They helped us figure out the technicalities and made sure we had left with the kitchen, bathroom and toilet we wanted for our new home.

Definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants to work with experts who are fair, honest and helpful. Will review once again after the Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are installed early next year.

Amazing help from designing to install. We have a beautiful kitchen now according to our wish! Changes has been made many times in design stage and they were very patient to listen and make it happen. Highly satisfied and top class service.

Party Spoiler: Poor after-sales. Reduces rating from 5 to 3 after revisit for a design fault - I would say these guys are really average in after sales. Now kitchen is completed and wish never go back!
