I had a issue with a webshop, postdrogist.nl, where I did a order which has never been delivered. I reached out to Keurmerk to see if they had other ways to contact the webshop. But it appeared after a little while the webshop was gone and no way to get in touch. so Keurmerk has arranged the re-embursement of my payment.
They send a email to the webshop, and that work for me, i orderd some exhaust parts, and no delivery or contact, after this email, the seller responded, and payd back my money, great job.
I made a purchase from a website verified by this organisation. The website took my money and did not send the product or respond. I wrote to the keurmerk and received no help. Not interested at all. Clearly not trustworthy!

Teqfind was reported to the Police, I hope they will close their webshop. Unbelievable that this is happening in Netherlands.

This is really not what the process is like. I am very happy to show you the whole process webshops have to go trough. Regarding your complaint. This is what we always send at first this is standard. I looked up your case and we send them already 2 letters. They have actually one more day untill we will remove them from our memberlist. I will keep you informed. I see you are very negative about us but we are really trying especially because the large amount of money you paid them. If you want us to stop the whole process please let us know.

I bought clothes from an online shop and one of them were returned properly according to the return policy of the shop. The shop confirmed receipt of my return, but they didn't issue the refund for months. My emails weren't answered either. I turned to keurmerk.info and they helped me communicating with the shop. After some weeks, I got my money back. Without the help of keurmerk.info, my worst online-shopping experience by far couldn't have a good ending. I really appreciate it.
They do not reply and ignore questions for a whole month. :)) Very untrusted company.
