Work to "repair" a partially blocked…
Work to "repair" a partially blocked particle filter was quoted at nearly €900, included a new filter. I returned to the supplier of the car and it was fixed at no charge! car has been perfect for last 2 months .

I have taken the time to investigate the above.
Our service department has confirmed that you were in for a diagnostic check which was carried out and your vehicle was diagnosed as following: DPF was completely full and needed to be replaced.
We priced you for a new DPF, DPF Additive, Clamp for the DPF, New DPF (using all Genuine Peugeot Parts) along 2 Hours in Labour.
I think one star is harsh considering you got what you came in for, to find out what fault was wrong with your vehicle and consequently priced accordingly.
“I returned to the supplier of the car and it was fixed at no charge”
I can only assume that your car was covered under warranty for this issue?

6 weeks on from buying my van still waiting for the second key I asked for. Have phone many times and have been told that I well be phoned back. Still no call back and still no second key.

I couldn't recommend Kevin Egan cars enough. They were amazing to myself and my wife when we went to look at a car and the backup service is second to none. I would highly recommend Kevin Egan cars to anybody who's thinking of buying or changing their car now or in the future.They are amazing and their staff are amazing also. Top class car dealers.

as part of warranty cover i had no…
as part of warranty cover i had no choice but to go here as my car was due a service and as noticed by my garage i regularly get my car serviced with my car needed a new water pump which involved getting the timing belt done also..pump was covered but belt wasn't so i still had to pay €130 so its not like i was going there for a "freebie"!!.my car was booked in with kevin egans for 2pm on the tues i arrived to several questions as to when it was booked in etc etc which led me to believe someone had made a mistake and phonecalls were made..did not pass too much heed..my issue is when i eventually did get my car back the following day even though i was assured it would ready that day-i was just handed the keys back no well its due a service would you think about us for a service?? no yes your timing belt is done now rest assured all is good...nothing..just theres your keys and off you go..and when i did go back to my usual garage to get my car serviced the mechanic told me there was two screws loose holding the fuel pump which he fixed himself?????? there is no customer service, no personality and i just couldn't wait to get out of there..only plus was the guy who gave me a lift into town after i dropped my car was nice and friendly and didn't make me feel like a pain in his head..am crossing my fingers that nothing else happens my car till after sept when the warranty is up so i don't have to go back there..

Good garage to deal with
Good garage to deal with. Lovely site with a very good selection of cars. No silly sales teams very pleasant and easy to talk with. I will be strongly considering purchasing my next car from them. As for service department I used them they collected my car done as requested within the price agreed and left my car back to my work place serviced and valeted what more could you ask for.
