Hi,my key Blade is 500 x 10 x2 mm its from a Toyota yaris verso 2001 ,the replacement fob is for a 8mm blade ,so what i done was filed 8mm aperture to 10mm to accommodate my original 10mm blade ,it worked a treat ,,the year of my Toyota yaris verso 2001 ,is a awkward year ,,for spare parts including key fobs ,very pleased with fob,price and speed of delivery, very good company, was quoted £125 for a new key and fob ,from another company ,cost me a tenner fob and domiciliarys from yous top marks ,from souness1690 ,(55)

The key fob casing was not the right one i ordered 4 from 4 companies and did fine one that work but they all look the same your part was ok but not the right one but thank you for sending it if i had a key cutt i change it’s board over it wood have work ok

Highly recommend this company. Bought a LR3 key case (fob) for my Land Rover Discovery to replace one which had totally disintegrated. The internal "board" was clearly visible through the original casing. Replacement case arrived next day. Could have bought a similar one cheaper on Ebay, but read reviews on this company which reassured me that the new fob could be switched easily and importantly would work for a 2009 Discovery key case. Taking the old casing apart was the hardest part. Highly recommend a Youtube video by Barrie Crampton which showed me exactly how to do this. No instructions enclosed with the fob purchased. I am 60, suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and managed to change the case. Took a couple of attempts to wind the key correctly to tension it on the spring, before it was in the right position, otherwise easy. NB. Land Rover do not sell replacement fobs. You have to purchase a whole new key at a very high cost. Total cost was £14.49 delivered. So do not hesitate, buy one!!
