Canva Lifetime Subscription is a SCAM
I bought a "lifetime" subscription for Canva, and in less than a month the account started asking for a valid payment method. I send several emails to support but nobody answer (even though in the website they claim having 24/7 support) Also I can even access my account. All I have is the order receipts they sent with the code.

I purchased Surfshark VPN on the Keycheap website, and they sent me a backup code that doesn't work! I can't proceed past the backup code step after logging in. I can't use it at all!! I tried reaching out to their support email, but it's impossible to get through! It's been two days with no response. I'm furious! Please help me promptly and protect my consumer rights!
