Do not order from this company. I have experienced all the below. Ordered before Christmas just keeps telling me it is out for delivery.

0 stars. I actually received the goods in 2 small battered boxes. There were no ingredients/instructions on or inside the box. The address label on the package says "no return." I googled the address, but there was nothing. I had to count my losses and bin them. The reviews on Facebook are 5 !!! I just wish I had read these reviews first. Today, payment has again been taken from my bank account by them!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. THIS IS A SCAM. I haven't received my order. It was returned to sender with incomplete address, same as so many others. The tracking is fake. 23 emails backwards and forwards with this company. Eventually they acknowledged the return to sender and offered to send another. I refused and asked for refund. The next 5 emails went back to saying it was delivered. Please people do not order anything from them.

This site is a scam ! No scientific proof, product definitely does not work. Fighting to get my money back and ended up with 50% only. Please do not fall for this scam.

I order my Gpl-1 Moringa slimming and health boost drops x4 bottles 31.95. Still not received but the problem was my address was incomplete. So tracking said return to sender ive emailed over 15 times sent them copies of the tracking it actually shows returned to sender. They sent emails saying contact the seller, which is them 🤔 then they said what's my order number they can't find me . I can't tell you how many times I have been intouch with them, please be aware folks if it go's wrong they won't help you out dont buy anything.. my fight go's on.

One star is too much saying the goods were delivered never received them e mailed them just going round in circles .I don't like being called a liar I have not received any goods suggesting I ring China customer service don't think so.

No sign of items purchased although tracking on Shop App stated delivered!
No communication from customer service after emailing several times.
Avoid this scam at all costs.

I ordered goods on 8th july money taken from account I am being bombarded with special offers but not recived my first order Have emailed but got no response

i have read all these reviews and agree 100%.
Can anyone tell me please how to contact them or get a refund or block them from taking any more money from my account?

Total scam,
First they took more than they were supposed to Which raised a red flag
I e mailed to cancel my order which they did
I had to go through PayPal to get my money back
They had also stated a subscription without my knowledge

SCAMMERS , no free 180 day returns the item comes with no paperwork with the medication so is total unsafe to use and comes from china . They give fake reviews and putting people at risk with there fake weight loss capsules. Paid through klarna who are not interested that they are scammers and they are allowing this company to scam people

It’s a scam website charges 3x on PayPal account different amount purchase.

As a follow-up to my previous review, I noticed on my Paypal account that Keyessuk had set up an automated payment scheme just like the other customer, Neil. I did not authorise this!

Extra monies taken for my order. Asked for them to refund the difference,nil response. Receiving emails that items in my cart, nil items. Charged by captomize on my statement,which is totally different from my order value? Sorry guys stay away from these frauds. Of course they are Chinese based, which now I believe says it all. Oh and to add insult to injury, automatic payments triggered on my account. Shark infested waters is where the business operates, keep out of the water!

This is a scam!! Don’t fall for it like I did… they prey on desperate people in the very worst way and in my case I just wanted to help my daughter….evil people! 🥲

This product is a scam. The company uses false advertising and has no way to contact them or return product. Their main ingredient in this weight loss product is a made up name “megaglutide” to suggest that it is a a GLP-1 antagonist. A literature search confirms this. The supposedly endorsing companies such as Obesity UK, on contact with them, also confirms that they do not in any way endorse the product and neither is it approved by MHRA.

If there was a zero rating I would have chosen this- they are scammers. Bought something for £13 via advert on Facebook- paid via PayPal and within 5 mins they had taken another £75 from my account. Say they have delivered but nothing- have reported via PayPal and company but still nothing- please do not get caught like me! I’m sure I’m not the only one as read a similar review ! How many others! Sadly there were no reviews before I purchased so this must be a new scam!

Purchased slimming products with free shipping. PayPal receipt shows they have added £12 delivery charge, although they had hidden that from me!! Wouldn’t use the Products, it’s obviously a fake site so wouldn’t know what you was putting in your body. 0 stars

If there was a 0 option I would have chosen it.
I purchased something from them on 02.07.25 paid £2.99 for speedy delivery and ever since I have been receiving emails saying I have left items in my basket. The payment - incorrect amount has been taken from my bank.
I have tried many times to speak to the company with no response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I feel so angry that they are allowed to continue advertising in the UK and falsely taking money - £50 in my case, is this legalised theft.
PayPal are allowing this company/ thief, to pay our money for nothing.
