It’s an excellent product, very sturdy and easy to use. However the buttons could be slightly larger for elderly people with dexterity issues. My husband has du puytrens and can’t use them. He will need a pencil to use them. Hopefully he won’t need to.

I live alone and advised by Ambulance crew man. If they cannot gain entry they call the Fire and Rescue and they knock the door in. So I thought I should invest in a good made key safe.. Which i can assure it is very well made.

Good quality, sturdy, easy to install, good value. The little red sticker with instructions is hard to keep, I had to trim it down to fit inside the case after setting the code. I wish it was possible to have more combinations. This is a replacement, I broke the last one by using a screwdriver to change the code. It's easy to forget exactly what you need to do to put it in the mode where the code can be changed.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback. We'll certainly pass your comments about the instruction sticker on to our product team, as we can see how a more convenient solution would be helpful. The number of possible combinations is limited by the mechanical design of the lock on this particular keysafe model, but we understand why having even more options would be beneficial. We have our Ark Tamo keysafe that enables it to have 9.7 million combinations as it is designed as a multi push keysafe.
We're sorry to hear your previous key safe was damaged while changing the code. We know it can be easy to forget the reset process if it's something you only do occasionally. To make things easier, we've created simplified guides and step-by-step videos on our website that walk through the code change process, should you ever need them in the future.

It is a. Very useful way to keep keys needed f or care reasons; I.e if someone had a fall and the ambulance or police needed urgent access to the premises. The access code is secret and only divulged to people responsible for access to the premises.

I have fitted and set up my key safe and am delighted with it. It is obviously very robust and I am confident that my spare house key will be safe even though access to my house is direct from the road.
