I have fitted and set up my key safe and am delighted with it. It is obviously very robust and I am confident that my spare house key will be safe even though access to my house is direct from the road.

I have no problems with the quality. I do have problems with the accompanying instructions. Firstly the enclosed sheet is in very small print (try following these whilst holding a magnifying glass) and the diagrams are useless. Secondly the wording is poor and unclear. Finding the instructions on the internet and blowing these up helped tge first problem but did not solve tge poor, blurred diagrams or the poor and confusing English.

The printed instructions supplied within the box are provided by the manufacturer, Supra, and unfortunately we do not have control over the content, formatting or print size of these enclosed guides. We have received similar feedback from customers in the past and understand how frustrating this can be.

To help address this, we have created our own simplified step-by-step guidance, including written instructions and video tutorials, which are available through our Help Centre on our website. These resources have been designed to be clearer and easier to follow, and many customers find them helpful when installing and setting up their key safe.

Solid piece of kit! Took us a few minutes to figure out the instructions for setting the code but nothing seriously problematic and now it's fitted it's not coming off unless someone takes the wall down :)

A little tricky to install by myself but a visiting friend helped. Easy to setup the combination. Recommend checking the combination before fitting to ensure getting it right. Once fitted it looks good and works perfectly.
